I def agree, we dont need to come off as greedy. We weren't up on a stage, we were having fun and learning while challenging ourselves. I personally dont think anyone should contact reps except Tex or Twitch.

Tex, sorry Twitch left you hangin, it just seems irresponsible to get things going then walk away with someone trying to clean up the mess. Consider it a learning experience and we all appreciate your efforts.
 
next time it will be smoother. Im glad that Animal is holding it up. I was suprise with all the prizes they are giving out. Its a blessing. thanks Animal
 
I agree with p5sky and futurepilot... when this whole thing started everyone entered without any idea of what the prizes were, if there really was going to be anything at all (I was hoping for a shaker cup or maybe just a bunch of samples). Like they said, its free stuff. If you don't get it, oh well, you lost nothing. I just think people should chill out about it all.

Plus, think if another company is reading this and seeing how people are acting, all because they are not getting their free stuff, it may cause them to be a little hesitant about supporting the next show we have here. If their prizes aren't up to par with everyone's hopes, will we start bad talking them? Now don't get me wrong, this is a bit over dramatic, but even so the point is the same. Be grateful for what you get. If more prizes come along, great. If not, oh well, see you next comp. :cheers:

I agree. Mental and I originally started this with the intent to HOPEFULLY land prizes. we did, but I was hoping that to be an incentive, not the main focus.

I just got my pick to Universal. I haven't been around much the past couple of weeks... If I missed the boat, I missed it and it's my bad :(

I was only a judge anyhow, so I feel Universal is doing me a favor and doesn't really owe me anything to begin with, as I was not competing to win a prize.
 
Okay fella's Ive got two Napalm's from Avant Labs ...this is how this is going to work....we (the competitors)decide who they go to. We need to pick two overall winners for this prize.

My first vote goes to Viking for one of them and Id have to look at the pictures to decide the second one. Start casting your votes~

I appreciate it, but I am not greedy. I got more than I expected total just from animal. I am more than happy to give it to someone who is more deserving, I can shape my body pretty well without the addition of it although I do enjoy it!
 
I wouldn't mind me some Napalm to use the 2-3 weeks leading up to Spring Break in mid-March . . . mmm mmm mmm
 
Once again. Im on here once a day to check PMs and maybe skim 2 sections. I havent heard form any companies and have sent out multiple PMs.

I can not hunt these guys down. There was no contract of obligation. Im not going to open a thread and rip them.
We had LESS THAN HALF the people we originaly jump all over it from the start. I am more disappointed with that than the prizes not being shipped. I never planne don getting anything out of it, i did it more because i think everyone on here needed a reason to try something that they spend alot of time on doing everyday.
I knew Animal/Universal would be on board becasue those guys just always are and know how to support the community.

I can not do anythign at this point to get what prizes are left organized. I havent been contacted by anyone for about 1 week and that was Tex last asking what was up with LG.

Dont know what to tell you guys. But im sure you can wait for free stuff, i mean it is free. Those guys to run companies, so they may be a bit busy.

MT- This was one of the things I pointed out at the beginning of the contest. It is hard to keep organized and requires A LOT of time on the organizers throughout the event but especially at the end when the winners are announced. It may be free and the prizes may be voluntary with no obligation but constant communication is a must. it's also important to make sure that if you're not able to keep those lines open that an alternate is kept in the information loop to make up for any issues that may come aobut.


It's basically a live and learn type of thing but at the same time you should make sure you're as understanding of others are you're wanting them to be of you.
 
lol, I was referring to Jjohn's statement :) I only had a choice of one product and picked that... However if you have an extra large to spare then I'd be willing to accept a black Animal T :P
