I think they are better because of the selection of extras. They don't only gave meat. There are a lot of other things you can order. I love it. But yea the standards I think are lower. But that's why the only restaurants that are good get customers and the consumers are better at hearing about bad places.

For some reason i'm not getting DOMS but more of an annoying "ache" in my muscles the next day. It's WORSE :(
 
DOMS just means your body isn't used to the style of training and lactic acid builds up is a result of that. Going from high reps to low it has to clear it fast. From low to high it has a lot more to clear. As your body gets efficient at clearing the lactic acid in the new rep ranges it goes away. It is not a measure of effectiveness of a workout.

Mattrag try Shrimping to improve core strength and explosiveness. It is a Jiu Jitso drill. We did them across the floor as fast as we could to on side than as fast as we could on the other side on the way back. You can also do one called a power shrimp which is basically in one place just youtube it.

Will give you good hips and core.

Yea the ebi is great for core. We do a bunch of movement drills before we practice so I do get those in. Notice my glute and hips are getting bigger lol.

I get those too. But not in a while. I'm thinking it's because I used to be a lot stronger so my body doesn't get those acute muscle soreness anymore from. Or I'm just not training hard enough. Probably the later... Need to up my food too keep the truck rolling. Just had lunch.... It was worthless. I hate eating at anywhere that is not a buffet in japan.

It'll def help w/ strength man i noticed big jumps in a short period. It couldn't hurt to run it alongside other supplements... the test boost kinda not needed but it i think it could help gh work better by allowing it to pulse more continuously.

This was kinda odd. I started my workout yesterday but I had to cut it like 20mins in because i didnt realize I had to leave at 830am , instead of 930. So I just redid my workout today.

Good workout today. Im changing up my rep ranges. Today was the highest rep range Im going for these. I might add in a third block of arms but Im not sure yet. I do a 1on 2 off training right now so I think i can go pretty hard on the day I train. I will see though, I dont want to over train.

It would mean doing presses with the up & down motion, then finishing off by holding the bar probably in a position where the elbows are bent just enough so his chest has to fight to keep the bar steady at a particular position. Statics are a biotch and a big part of Mike Menzter's "complete muscle failure" philosophy, where he likes to wear out the isometric, static and negative contractions.

wanted to do regular squats but my shoulder was SO tight.. .I dont know what is going on... I just couldnt hold the bar... scary tbh... Rob Regish said I might be too PUMPED lol. I dont doubt it but it seems kinda weird. He also suggested some foam rolling or racket ball release massage. Ill give those a try.

I hear ya. I had the same thing happen yesterday. After deads I wanted to hit squats, but on my last set of deads when I was reaching down to grap 45's, I felt the beginning symptoms of a muscle strain on my right lower side, so I was like, legs should wait.
 
One leg squats wth!!! That's got to be hard. Good on the rack lifts bro. I was at the gym the other day and a friend of mine probally about 5'10 and maybe 170lbs was barbell shrugging total of 8 plates. I was like there is no way that ff is not on something but he doesn't look big just lean. He was using straps does that make that much of a difference?

How's the libido and sleep going ?

Libido is best this week. Week 4 has to be like the limit for me. Sleep is actually REALLY weird. I have those great dreams but I wake up now... Every couple hours... like my bladder has become unhappy with holding any pee while I sleep.... odd. feel refreshed when I wake up though so thats a plus lol.
 
Straps do help to a degree. Mainly because you not using all your hand strength to hold on.

I honestly think If I had straps I could hold these for A LOT longer...

But as much as I need the over load I need my forearms and grip strength to increase more than I need the overall mass gain that rack pulls offer.
 
How do you perform rack pulls?

basically i have the weight around just above my knees on a rack. I grip double over hand at about shoulder width (about where I pull my deads from). Then I set up my back straight, keep my chest up and out then contract my glutes and keep my back nice and straight. The movement is generated by the glutes and the posterior chain keeps your body in line. I believe it is a move used to get the top half of the deadlift to lock out in powerlifting. Well that's where it originated from anyway. :)

This was kind of sad because my right elbow was too sore to do the CG benches correctly...
Also, the dip in weight in the bent over row was expected. I went from doing it with a 3pt stance to doing it with a 2pt one. I create less momentum. Kinda opposite of what I want really, but I figure these workouts are geared to get me to grow and not get my CNS priming to do them... (Weight lifter mind set versus the bodybuilder). Should be doing more movement type things but I'll just leave all the CNS priming for moving stuff fast for the mat. I'll still pull and push fast and hard, but not at the expense of losing form.

Yeah bro I'm logging a controlled labs log right now. White flood def taste good and gives solid energy. I hit 225 on bench today and did it on my last set of 2 pushed out 3 but honeslty think I could hit 10 reps for this. I may change it up cause my strength is climbing like a sob.

Wow man, talk about strong, my run in with the flour on friday seems to have worn off a bit as my lower back and stomach area dont feel swollen. I still think if I could've avoided it my progress would have been even better. But well... crap happens... I figured Japanese "Stew" which is based of whole cream would've been okay for my body... but they thicken it with flour... Oh wells. Then the next day after that I ate around 500 cals cause I was sick all day. Couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, had to just put on my smiley face and play with my wife's niece and nephew all day. tiring but they are a joy to play with. So at least I wasn't stuck in doors feeling all sorry for myself cause of the damn flour.

Since I can't squat because my shoulders are too inflexible or something i decided to run with sumo deads. and make my EDT block a tri set.

Amazingly this is a PR for my sumo dead hahaha. I guess I never really tested the high end on this. Last july I pulled my back on a conventional deadlift at 245.... so I was a little worried on pulling 255 sumo style but I guess it's okay. Can really feel my CNS is bombed though.. I need to up my carbs I know. Hard though... when all I can really eat is sweet potatoes and fruits.... Rice is a problem as I think rice is actually causing my intestine to bleed. That seems to be the only constant in my meals and the blood in the stool... Unless it's the eggs (I usually like my rice with eggs).

After that EDT block my lower back was so hash I figured I'd just take it there and maybe do some core accessory tomorrow or perhaps at home tonight if I decide not to hit up my chiro for a session.

Last day of EndoSurge was Friday. Definitely felt the sleep not being AS good. But I had a good rest. The first night of no Endo was death though... i donno if my body became dependant on it, or it was the gluten exposure but I didn't sleep good at all... was the first time in a long time I just COULD NOT sleep...

Thanks man! I really wish deadlifting didn't take so much out of me. If it didn't I'd be hitting it 3x a week! I love it. Squats though are much less taxing on the joints... Man I wish I could squat.. haha.
 
Final thoughts on EndoSurge and Combustion stack


EndoSurge: Sleep was the most amazing thing ever on this supplements. I have taken other Mucuna products but this one surely takes the cake. I noticed enhanced feeling of renewal upon waking and incredible dreams. Though I never got the crazy sex dreams that many report I still got some good dreams :D. Also, the sleep was deeper. When i'd get up to use the bathroom at night I could tell I was in a VERY deep mode. I would be still very grogy and pee almost in a sleepwalking state lol. Recovery was very good, had some DOMs but those were from the added workout techniques. (Static holds). Also, I think this seriously helped with Libido. I was really down in the libido dept and noticed a nice tick up from this. Strength wise I cant say as my strength has NEVER been the same since off cycle.... but as far as coming back from PCT and an injury I am definitely stronger. Thicker and feeling a lot better.

Combustion: This product is great. I have run OEP and I think that combustion is just as good maybe even better. I love the detoxifying sweats I get from this. Well might not be detoxing but I don't get the toxic smelling sweat I would get from many other fat burners where it'd feel like I was just sweating out the product. I felt this one in whole body, turning up the heat from the first dose. This has to be the best product for fat burning/energy. While I will comment that focus was not as good as Jack3d, but that's probably because I never went above the 1 cap dosing protocol. While on Jack3d I did 3 scoops... Also, I worked out at a real gym then and didn't have any distractions like I do now working out at home. I'd say combustion is the cleanest fat burner/energy enhancer I have run. And I have run A LOT.

Stack comments.

I ran this using a lean gains protocol diet. Never holding back on anything to eat as long it fell in my diet time frame. I also, supplemented with BCAAs. My diet is normally lower carbs cept when I lift. I'd say my macros over all tend to look something like 200-250g protein, 80-200g fat, 80-300g carbs. Sometimes I go A LOT over that. As some others reported on this stack they lost weight. I on the other hand have remained the same weight at 87.8 (well this morning I was 88kgs). While my strength did not go through the roof I am stronger, I feel thicker and I am more energetic. I have been off both supps for 2 days and I miss the dreams/sleep, oddly the combustion lay off has not made me crash or anything and has been a very smooth transition to no energy booster... I like it. I suggest this stack to all who want to stay lean, or cut if you have your diet set up right. I probably could've made more lean progress on this but I decided that I wanted more recomp as my body gets REALLY tight with weight when I go below 87kgs. I just only lose fat and have to drop to below 1500 cals to see any movement in the scale. So I went for a recomp while keeping my diet pretty much lax (I'm gluten intolerant and don't really like sugar/sweets so my lax might be a very "clean diet" for others). I keep my fats to the kind found in grass fed meats, fish, and coconut oils. Some times I do eat the chicken skin of wings/breasts, pork fats etc. But I consider those not harmful. I'll be posting some pics later. I would take now but on friday I had some flour unknowingly that was used in some stew as a thickening agent and I am extremely bloated... So I wouldn't do the product justice. I have some pics I took at the middle of week 3 which I will use as my ending pics.

I'd like to thank BPS and their team for allowing me to log these two great products and giving me a great 4 weeks of enhanced sleeps, amazing dreams, and a great short but sweet 4 week recomp :D.

Hmm... maybe I'll take two soon. I realize I have about 30 pills or so left? I'll try a double dose. Just wanted to see how I felt coming off of it for a couple days. Easy coming off. Love it. I'll run two pills and do a short review later ;) Maybe I'll dose it b4 my judo training session today hehe.
