Pretty good workout, definitely feeling the "load" aspect. of the heavier weights through the statics. Hopefully, this will give me a boost in strength and some nice recomps through the EDT (supersets).

Dude I've done those statics before and their soo brutal, people make fun of them because your not moving but you really have to focus on what your doing. Nice first workout :)

Heheh, yea. The famine is to trigger the muscle gaining phase. Supposedly if you just follow the feast part you can gain strength, body comp wont be as good as if you did the famine it says, but if strength is all you're after then just feast the whole time! lol

Thanks man, and yea it took some mean focus and control. I like moving the weight more lol. Felt like my chest was just filling with blood the whole 15seconds under that weight. Then at the bb press I felt the BURN. MEAN BURN lol.

More to come later :). 1on/2off cycle. For this phase. Then when I hit maintenance it's MWF. We shall see, hopefully by then i'll be pushing/pulling some MEAN weight!

Intense dreams really get in your head, pardon the pun. I had a few nights on Endosurge that were, shall we say, interesting. I had some intense dreams but never felt I was not rested. There was one that was intense in a good way, I will let you fill in the blank on that one!

Okay Week 3 DONE.

EndoSurge: This week the sleep was okay, given that the protocol I followed, protein fasting and only eating mostly fruits and veggies, was said to give most a hell of a time trying to sleep. I had trouble sleeping, but not that hard. Dreams were still there. Talk about dreams, last night I had the worst dream ever. WORST. I guess I'll talk about it, I have a free period now and have all my lesson plans and stuff for next period all squared away.
In my dream I somehow entered a world where we were fighting huge monsters. Basically , these monsters would eat ppl. I went from being on like some research/observatory mission to being the 2nd to the last person left that knew what these things were. Just FYI, I hate horror movies, grotesque movies, and haven't seen any of those end of the world zombie or whatever movies. So, here we are running away, and slowly, one by one all the people involved in this thing are being killed. And not in a happy way either. They get EATEN. And I am there... running in horror. So we run to the truck and the 3rd person, some lady, gets picked up by one of these things and is eaten, blood everywhere, thank god i'm in the truck. By the time the last person with me gets into the truck we are to escape in i'm thinking "Man.. I'm going to die...and I can't even fight these things". Oddly though through some "frame glitch" (Anyone who plays video knows what I am talking about), the monster's like thigh is in the truck but is not... haha... kinda gave me some comedic relief but still I was running for my life. Then as we are going down the hill in the truck, one big monster behind us, we look over the horizon and see a flock of them flying towards us.... I then proceed to get up. In my dreamy state I imagined those monsters in my room, hiding out.... I live in this VERY old building, its traditional japanese too... makes it look like a horror film I am told... But it is creepy... takes me around 20mins to get the courage to go pee and then I turn on SuperHumanRadio to try to re-attach to reality lol. Fell back to sleep but this time had some weird dream where we were at some beach festival and my mom was selling peanut butter cookies and starting her own business in that... a little better I think, but my mom... wasn't really there... And I had to perform (I was a musician before), but my gear was not there either.... Got up again finally, then thought "I better not lie down anymore... " and "Why can't I have the beautiful sex dreams I always wanted....?"

Well thats that for the dream thing. Aside from that the libido is up, notice from that last thought lol. Strength wise I think it's up. Just a tad bit if anything.

Combustion: This stuff is still delivering. It's getting colder here but I still sweat a lot in judo and during my workouts. More than normal. I noticed a great body composition change too. My rear delts are coming in pretty nicely I think .Even though I have not added ANY rear delt work lol.

Overall this stack is still giving me great gains and will be loving this last week. Then I'll be running RS Transaderm. See if I can recomp further. Still confused about the weight class thing. 90kgs, or 81kgs... I weigh around 86-88kgs normally... but I know i can cut to 81kgs pretty easily in 3 months for the next meet.... definitely growing to 90kgs of solid mass would be great but I don't know if it's possible w/o putting on too much fat. Hmm.... decisions, decisions.... All I know is as long as I am getting stronger and better at Judo i'm happy for now.

Haha. Yea i have the strangest dreams. I've been run over by a truck, had my skeleton pulled out from my hand, and fallen off sooooo many cliffs.
Oh also I've had countless dreams of going to school/work etc. Completely naked and not realizing it till like I eat lunch. I attribute this to my lack of self esteem from being a very over weight teen...

Lucky lol. I gets monsters, life threatening episodes. And you get porn... Not fair lol.

Joint wise I should. I have a controlled labs orange triad but I've since avoided multivitamins because I don't want to overload my vitamin balances.

Any suggestions on joint support? Thinking of trying the E pharm topical one.

Serioulsy one night I was sweaty like heck, and my wife was on the coach asleep with the baby. This yrs ago btw. Anyway I felt something press me down and I screamed loud to my wife but couldn't hear myself despite knowing I was shouting. Then I couldn't move my arms. I swear to anyone I know on my kids I said no weapon formed against me shall prosper and quickly it vanished. Now call it a dream, nightmare, or whatever but it felt real!!!!!

Cissus does work and of all the different extracts I have tried (SuperCissus, bulk SCRx, NP Cissus) the best is Primaforce Cissus. It is a higher extract of 40%/20% of the actives and it was amazing. I took it while using high doses of 1-Andro which dries your joints up something fierce and I was pain free. Nothing helped more than that though I would never want to take it if it wasn't capped, it is NASTY stuff.

NOW the diet makes much more sense. I think I missed out on the part about a 35 day refeed. I can see where the fast would be of benefit. I was under the impression that you were doing that 5 days a week and eating protein for 2... Seems a strategic thing to do might be to time the Endosurge around those 35-42 days of eating though.

hehe, yea. Next time I'll have the supps more geared in. But I think it was really worth it to have the combustion. Helped with my raging appetite. Now I'm in feast mode, and may as well just call this phase beast mode. Cause I'm looking leaner and i'm up in weight still. EndoSurge really helped with maintaining muscle on my earlier dieting, but it seems to really be good at keep me lean in the excess calories department.

I need some mean forearms. But above that I need some core man. I got tossed by my student today who is like 20kgs (44lbs) less than me... hell I think he's like 25kgs less than me... all because when I'd come in, i'm just too slow to turn my strength into an advantage. It's just like a big dude versus some speedy guy who can make me go unbalanced... Fun, I must say I'm happy that he's getting the confidence to slam bigger stronger dudes.... but I wanna get good too... and not just at taking throws lol. Newaza (ground work), though I'm king lol.

335 with an overhand grip is pretty good. Props!

The moment I pull the bar off the rack is my favorite. No matter what the weight, I always pull it off the rack with authority. And having grips makes me feel like a cripple lol.

Planks are an obvious answers, but I'd try some form of overhead or front squatting. With overhead squats, the further away the resistance is from the center of gravity, the greater the core needs to contract to stabilize the resistance, it's a very core focused lift. Some form of front squating is good too. If you don't have a barbell, you could use gallons of water. If you do have a barbell, I'd recommend Snatch Positions. Snatch Positions are like an overhead squat, but not quite. You start off with the barbell resting across your upper back, with a wide grip, then you shoot the barbell upward and your body downward at the sametime into a dropped snatch position, then finish off the squat. The difference between a Snatch Position and a traditional overhead squat, is that with overhead squats, you're in a constant core contracted state, but with the Snatch Position, you have to contract fully in a very quick manner once you've dropped and that fast & full contraction is closer to the kind of contraction in a power situation, like a hip toss, then a constant contraction in a regular overhead squat. Did that make sense? The Ghetto man's version to power lifting are simply leap frogs/broad jumps, jumping split squats, forward lunge squats, all of which train the triple extension. They're basic field plyo's really. A popular martial art based power exercise for the hips, are to kneel down on your knees and from that position jump up to your feet. You have to use the momentum of your hip extension to get you from the kneeling position to your feet, where you'd most likely land in a deep squat. It's a very ninja exercise, try those for sets of 5 reps at a time.

Hehe, tonight going to meet my friend's mom who is visiting from Georgia. I think his grandma just passed away so his mom (who is widowed is coming, to spend time with him. His mom's mom also lives in Japan. My friend is 2nd generation american/japanese). Teaches you the importance of life and how everyday is important. Then spending the weekend with wife. If they're easy for you, do reps of 10, if they're challenging shoot for 5. You could even wear something or some kind of ankle weights to make yourself heavier, and therefore, requiring greater hip extension to get to your feet. The more erect you can land (as oppose to landing ATG), will indicate progress in the power of your hip extension (and shoulder velocity).
