Following lean gains like you bud, just wondering what your macros are looking like. I'm not allergic to anything as you stated you were, buy I'm really carb sensitive. Just wondering how it was going for ya with the 2000burn/3000lift cals and if ya got your food selections figured out as you stated the cash flow was a bit low for paleo style. I may follow you and start focusing on a paleo based LG, my veggie and fruit intake is pathetic! Being carb sensitive this will help a lot too.

If you wanna look up the Paleo diet i'd suggest just checking out Robb Wolf's site. I think he has some slide show on the 30 day trial diet. (All free, just a trial to see if you feel/perform better on it). Then look at crossfit football's site, and look under the nutrition section. It's John Welbourne's site and he is a BEAST. He has good programming on his site too. Where you do the strength workout and then the conditioning one. He has a program for college, amatuer, and beginner. It's a really good site. He also has a Q&A site called talk to me johnnie.
Cross fit football differs as it is "Primal" eating (Basically paleo plus dairy).
