Pct day 25

Okay. Well yesterday I realized that I have been off stims except for my preworkout (beast mode That I'm loggin ). My energy levels are higher than before and I think my thyroid is back.
My libido is still down but I do think it's coming back.

Also had my workout. This log will close in 3 days. I'll post more pics and a final review of my run and pct.

Good workout. Again the pre workout saved me. I was feeling good but got hit with some lethargy around 3pm. Could be my cortisol is still a bit high. But I do feel better now than before. Looks like things might be hitting the pre cycle levels soon. :)
 
Going hard! Yeah buddy. there is no doubt you had a good cycle man. Making me want a lil something soon ;)
 
serious question, are these number in kg or lb? it throws me off cause your skullcrushers and tbar rows are smaller numbers than mine. im probably not familure with your routine though. lol im only asking cause some of your other lifts are ridiculously stronger, i think im missing something....

I do skull crushers with a barbel and it destroys my wrist lol. So I can't go that high. And t bar rows are done with like a cross fingered grip because I have no bar to use to make it a true t bar row lol. Grip and squeezing my hands becomes hard. I just tried it with two plates and a bit because I decided to take out Yates rows. I may just switch these to one handed bb rows as I only have enough to make one 110 lb db. And that's not enough weight for 5 reps.

Thanks man! My military is getting stronger finally. I can feel my body stabilizing now. I tend to over train (As I like training movements and hitting full body every time I workout) so when coming off I do lose a lot of recovery which has been hurting my workouts. Thank god for the preworkouts lol.

Nice workout Matt. Can't wait for the end of PCT pics(no homo). Also what you gonna run for a bridge?

Hehe, I may take them today. Depends if I feel up to it, and if I get a good pump today lol.

PCT day 26

Today was a very interesting day. Small update to what I did

After trying to restart the balls by bolous dosing Clomid which WOULD have been a good idea if I actually dosed the clomid... I dose post workout so I was dazed and confused and dosed my nolva... at 40mgs... I didn't take my clomid after that and just stopped taking nolva. Then 2 days after that I started torem at 60mgs. I will run torem at 60mgs till around day 30. Then I will fly home to hawaii :D

Since adding torem the boys are getting fuller, and the libido is coming back. I almost had to morning wood today :D


My lower back was HASH yesterday. I had to give a test for 1 hr standing up and reading stuff (listening test) and my god... My back was so sore I was having trouble standing. With that said my upper back feels BIGGER hahaha. Today's workout is workout 1 so I won't be doing to much lower back heavy stuff... well squats and bent overs, but not like I'm doing the marathon back breakings of workout 2.... As far as supps... I must say, the Power Patch has been continuing to give me the most awesome dreams 6 nights a month, the melatonin one gives decent dreams and great rest. The VidaTest should be getting some cortisol down via adaptogens. I added in EndoAmp Max in week 3 for cortisol and I do notice that it has relieved the eye twitching that I was experiencing. I dropped my DAA a while ago, and dropped my testforce patch as I was thinking perhaps DAA was raising my progestin levels or elevating my E2 levels. Seems as though the nips are as puffy. I am feeling stronger and more energetic as of the last week even without any stims except for pre workout. Took out all teas and coffees as well. I think my thyroid is back as well. Looks like my pct will wrap up on day 30.

I'm looking into taking trenazone and trenavar... trying to see how many bottles of trenazone and packs of trenavar I'm gonna need. One helladrol bottle will be more than enough though... probably have enough to save for a winter bulk on sdrol -> hdrol combo :D

Damn thats my summer stack right there hella and trenazone. You probably be about a month ahead though so ill be following along to see how u doing. U gonna log it?

Do you have one of those small v handle bars. I use that for my t bars. I don't even know what it's for hahaha

I passed out dead lifting 525 once... Was fighting for lockout I was like 2 inches off. Knees locked. And about 3 seconds and bam. Weight drops I black out. Few seconds later I'm like what happened and all the gym people were btchn
