8-10 hours is a good time line.

If you have eaten recently go ahead and down the dose. If not and you're fasting the rest of the night and have fish oil take it with that.

The REV PCT take on an empty stomach before bed. Testosterone levels (along with estrogen levels) rise during sleep...if we keep those estrogen levels suppressed when the upswing starts we reduce overall estrogen.

I was curious about the night time dosing as well, thanks

Ah ok. No problem. I was just wondering.

I definitely don't need something to HELP me soak in carbs or nutrients. I'm cursed with that ability all too HORRIBLY well.

Well GDA's don't really help you soak up carbs per say.....they help direct the glucose into the muscle cell instead of storing as fat....

Say you have a five lb bag and seven lbs of crap.....the gda would allow six lbs of crap to fit in the five lb bag and only one lb of crap left over as a mess.....yeah that's what it do lol.

....I had subway with my PCT & MASS tonight. That was the only thing I could come up with so late. Ate it at 9:45. That's late.

But it's all good. Haven't had subway in a long time. Would have rather had something I cooked. Shrugs.

Off to the hugeatorium. Should be a good day for arms. Pretty much everything else in my body is sore. Not sure what's going on with that but sore=growth so I'll take it. Routine up ASAP after.

So the ride has started.

Party .... Started
After a 350 post prolog(ue)?

Should be a hell of a ride!

Got my FinaFlex stack today.

I'd like to start now tonight. Get some into system. And then take again tomorrow.
Dual log!

I dunno if sore=growth, but I'm personally a fan of DOMs. Unless when I'm not.

Get those arms done!

That's a lot of work there man.

Did you stay at 15s rests throughout?

I might steal this routine for tomorrow if you'll fill me in on what fg and sb mean.

No I rest 45 seconds per set on all other lifts. except my band work where I don't rest at all between sets/movements.

Yeah sure. Fg= fat grips. I have these rubber grips that slip over any bar turning it into a bar with 3" diameter instead of the norm.

Sb= straight bar.

Gotcha. I've heard some suggest pipe insulation works well for that also

I've heard a few suggestion. That. A towel would work as well. I just like the ease of these things. Plus there's no give in them so it's always the same. Makes curls more difficult for sure. I use them on lots of lifts actually

Was pretty good. How'd the sweet potato come out??
Haven't made them yet. I didn't have anytime yesterday. I can't wait to try them. I think I'll try to make them today. Not including the honey just the sweet potato, do you roughly know the macros are?

I have the same thing. I had tried other methods prior and had issues with my grip slipping. They do not at all with my fat grips. Solid workout! and nice looking meal - as always.

Headed back to the gym for a lil round 2. Lots of mobility work planned as well as some core work

A light session. About 30 mins of solid core work and another 30 mins of much needed mobility work. Feelin like a champ.

In the mix :
http://youtu.be/tzen8_NV26Y

http://youtu.be/fm4SSK3fCok

Like I said about 30/30 split

All my core work done with no rest except 30 sec between movement changes. Everything in sets of 20-50. Very intense. High paced. As lil rest as possible. Hit every single angle

Mobility
Band work , lax ball , foam roller , static stretches. Lots. Long holds. Def needed.

Looking in the mirror after lifting sometimes I feel like progress has stalled. Prolly just in my head. Been really doing a lot of core work. I can feel that it's a lot more solid than since I started but I feel like I'm getting a pudgy look back. I guess the better judge is my shirts are getting tighter and pants are getting looser. But maybe the issue is I've reached a point where I'm building muscle faster than losing fat making my midsection look the way it does. I haven't seen abs in years and it's my biggest trouble area. Diet really can't be any better. Pipe dreams on a faster show of results prolly the only issue. Ghey.....

Every time I step away pages and pages lapse.

Breakfast looked tasty.

Man those sweet taters looked good Pete. I for one love the potato skin.

Why you guys don't have MyFitnessPal for macros/calories, I dunno.

I'm a fan of pork also. Nice change up. Looks good.

I like pork a lot too. Just haven't had it in forever. Plus that showed up with out notice and brought from a local butcher. So no idea the macro value is the only thing I didn't like
