Never thought of wrapping and nuking. That saves tons of time
This is how my wife makes them for me most of the time.

And the one I shall have... i like the blue lettering myself. Black is the standard.. nice change.
I kinda liked the blue and white too.

It's all good in the hood. There's tons going on. Can't wait to see how interesting things get when it does show up. I squeezed some money out of my magic rocks too. Gonna order my second bottle and this tshirt after dinner. I really wanna do a 60 day run.

Nothing significant with my meals. Pretty plain. Pretty boring. Gonna roll my sore spots and call it a night. Things should all come together this week to get the heart of this thread going. When the mass makes it I'll post full sup regiment pics. Then all the fresh pics and numbers for myself. Ready to get the party started

Man.... Woke up sore as fuk. Not sure why it's been so bad this week. No significant diet , routine, supp, or weight increase. I've bumped my working weight up on most lifts but didn't think it was enough to be this sore. Maybe I'm working harder than I realize. None the less it's leg day. Gettin after it

I will say this though. My terminology for hack squats may be incorrect. I thought hack squats were where the weight was at about hip level. But I seen on here a couple days ago someone put bb hack squats. So I'm not so sure anymore. But my hack squats , and if I'm wrong please tell me , are done in a standing sled with the weight hanging at hip level on a playform angled at roughly 30 degrees.

As promised fellas. The full supp line up Ill be on for the duration of this Mass 550 log.

In addition , the G8 is taken pretty sporadically. Days I feel I really need it , and days I don't have to get up @ 3-4 am.

It has it's moments. Give it some time. They will load. It's worth the wait. When they pop up it's like looking at a Rembrandt. Or some shyt like that lol

So if MASS 550 says serving dose is 2 caps for 30 days, why does it say 2 caps 1-2 Times daily?

Taking 4 caps a day would cut 30 days in half.

range dosing, min 2 caps daily, up to 4 caps daily if desired and wanting extreme results..
pick your own course, in consideration of your own individual experience/development levels

Hm. Of course. But I'm all about "extreme results"!

I suppose I can start with 2 caps first for maybe the first 1.5 to 2 weeks. Then go 4 caps and gauge that. Sounds like lots of fun regardless.

I too enjoy the extreme result idea. But this is pretty new stuff here. Maybe the 2/day dose is enough to give u extreme results?? Can't say that it will or won't but I'd give it a chance to do some good before doubling down. Just my .02.

Of course. That's why I'm gonna start with the 2 cap dose. I'm sure or pretty confident that FinaFlex made something special here.

I'd follow as well as agree with all said here. Also with the addition of logging becomes a good source of motivation. At least for me

Dinner.
4 oz 99 ff chicken
Red onion
Green pepper
Red pepper
All cooked with chipotle powder and some liquid brags amino acid
Placed on top of some fresh baby spinach.

1 cup lemon pepper cous cous and I added some curry powder. Of course a nice dab of hot sauce on everything after I snapped the pic.

Nice looking dinner buddy. I bought the honey, cinnamon and sweet potatoes today! Gonna give that a shot and they will be my carb to go with my nasty tilapia:)

I don't like any fish really. Except blackened grouper. So I'm on the talapia band wagon as well for now. Chickens are dirty animals too and I eat that religiously. Ur gonna enjoy the taters. I don't really know how long I cook them. I judge by the look and softness. 350 @ 30-45 mins prolly get u pretty close though

Another piece of advice mix the honey with small amounts of water until u get it where u want it. I thin it out just enough to easily toss the potato with it in a bowl and coat everything. U just can spread 2 tbsp of honey evenly with out some water lol.

I bake in a glass dish. Hit it with I light coat of ff cooking spray like Pam or something

Man o man. Legs already sore. Did my reg routine of mobility stuff. Blah blah. Might double down on it in the morning. Was gonna take tomorrow as an active rest day but the Mass550 showing up has changed my mind. Arms on the agenda for me.

Took my first dose of Mass550 this evening. So the ride has started.

Posts and updates will continue as they have been going. Pics and stats ASAP like promised. Stuff I have a hard time doing just me so as soon as I get a helping hand they will go up.

Buckles down. I'll be following all my previously laid out plans. Food , routine , Supps. 30 days of very limited variables is what I'm striving for.

So far so good. Great quality so far.

Legit! And LOVE the "KISS MY MASS" shirt!

And OMG the smell of STIMUL8 tropical storm smells AMAZINGLY tasty!

Looks crazy strong too!

It's late in the day and after work here at home. I'm already done working out for the day but can I start my PCT Revolution and MASS 550 today?

I'd like to start now tonight. Get some into system. And then take again tomorrow.

You can take 1-2 cap(s) of Mass 550 with food now if you want, and then split your doses about 10 hours apart tomorrow.

PCT Revolution is best taken at bedtime so you are good to go there as well.

Make sure when you dose Stimul8 for the first time you stick to a 1/2 scoop - to access tolerance

So you guys have decided that MASS 550 needs to be spaced 10 hours apart on doses?

Must be strong.

Every time I've ever taken an arimistane product it's been early in the day. Why is PCT REV taken at night? What makes it that way?

And yeah from the looks of STIMUL8 I'd say it looks like an ass kicker for sure!

What happens if I don't take MASS 550 with food?

Ah. Just wondering. I'm fasting right now. If I ate I'd BUST that all to hell. But I'd be interesting to see how MASS 550 would go for me.
