Current goal: the proverbial endless recomp. Specifically, I'd like to gain 2 lbs of LBM and lose 2 lbs of BF while increasing strength on main lifts (further detail below).
Training Exp: 7 years
Prior "Styles": 5x5, HIT, Max-OT, Westside, GVT
Current "Style": I use varying rep ranges; 3-5 for main lift(s) per session and 8-15 on subsequent lifts during the session. I also incorporate GPP, MMA, and plyometrics.
Current Split:
Mon-Chest/Biceps, MMA
Tue-Lower/Core, BJJ
Wed-MMA, GPP
Thur-Back
Fri-Triceps/Delts/Core
Saturday-MMA, GPP
Primary lifts for assessment:
Dips-current PR: BW+115x3
Front Squats-current PR: 225x2
Close-Grip-current PR: 285x5
Overhead Press-current PR: 195x5
BB Rows-current PR: 345x8
I am hoping to increase all of these by ~5-10 lbs while adding 1-2 reps as well. I do each of these at the beginning of the session while I am fresh. I generally do some light (~60% MHR) cardio to increase bloodflow and to kickstart everything.
Current Supps: WPI, Micellar Casein, WMS, SuperCarb, RPM, Magnesium, fish oil
I have not taken any AAS since April and have tried Mass FX Max Strength last Fall. I have several logs on AM, some sponsored and some unsponsored and will keep a detailed and bias free log. I am a huge fan of combining the 3,4 DTHF and icarrin together in terms of aggression and focus.
Previous test booster usage: Activate X, Hyperdrol X2, Drive, Testofen/Fenotest, MFX-MS, Tribex, Vitrix, ZMA, IGF-2, etc. Out of this group, I personally prefer the AcX in terms of aggression, strength, and recomp. However, the pumps from the MFX were better; I assume that this is from the turk.
