Last couple of days being in the heat, and playing two nights of softball, working 10 hr shifts, averaging 4hr sleep and still got my fat arse to the gym today!!! Got a good shoulder training in today despite running on pure adrenaline!! I'm starting to feel pumps through out the day, and everyone is telling me my arms are looking good woo woo woo!

seated db presses: 50lbs x 10,10,10


lat machine pulldowns: 125lbs x 10,10,10


behind neck pulldowns: 135lbs x 10,10,10

Need to workout in Canada!..........cross that out, maybe in another 4-5 months lol. It's so damn hot down here right now, I keep going over to my parents down the road to visit them as an excuse to relax in the air conditioning lol

Today went to the tracks hot sun and I seem to get more out if vrs treadmill. I did 1.3 miles and also had some hills running up and down felt good. Got softball torney tonight and then arms tomorrow!!

I used to do that before softball. Burn up bit of bulk, get your body warmed up and loose and now your are ready to bash. Good luck in the tourney !

My coed softball season starts in 2 weeks !
 
We start up summer league week after 4th!! I'd like to do coed, my brother Josh does with his wife, but hard to get enough girls to commit. I'm playing with another team tonight, as most our players were out of town. So at least theres no pressure for me having to coach, just chill play and smash balls HULK LIKE SMASH!

Pack, you are really moving those weights now. Kudos for fighting through and getting to the gym. There is such a fine line when you start feeling like its ok to skip gym. Then it builds until you stop going all together. Happened to me many times in the past.

I have been working 6 plus years at an Army depot in chemical demil, but our jobs are going away next summer, so I'm getting a jump start on finding a job to where I wouldn't have to move. This is like 5 minutes drive and right by my gym. Today almost kept going pass the gym, but said nope got to keep on. It's like when I enter the door the hulk comes out of me and I push through.

flat bench db presses: HIT A PR FREAKING KEEP CLIMBING ON THIS!! 65lbs x 8,8,8 note was doing 60's at 5,5,5 big improvement!
