lol thanks brother will give reps once I can! I had a good one just being really tough of myself last few days. I'm hearing hey man your looking better but I have so much fat to drop that I'm beating myself mentally. I want to get to at least 15 % bf by end of this year. I'm probally sitting around the mid 20's right now.

Thanks Big C I'm in need of that support. Training solo is getting old bro. I'm needing to change my workouts some how to help me cut but keep from loosing to much strength.

Mind over matter Pack! I trained with a partner for so long so so long and they do help push you. It took a while to get into the mental game of training solo IMO but once you break that mind barrier buddy you will be all good. I think you may need to hoodie up ;)
 
Hey bro don't get down on yourself man!!!! I know it gets tough sometimes, especially training solo. I went a while just cycling through protocols because I couldn't find one that met my needs...spinning wheels! I have to say that FST-7...which I am using now is fantastic! It may be an option for you too! Hit me up if I can help you in any way bro!

Man late night softball games til 10:30 last night and up at 4:45 to head to work. Hot day today in bama and was worn out. Hit chest up after work and hit some pr's!

Chest:

flat bench db presses: 75lbs PR x 6,6,6

Incline db presses: 40lbs x 8, 45lbs x 8,8,

incline barbell presses: 135lbs x 8. 155lbs x 6, 205lbs x 5, 225lbs x 4 PR!!!

machine press vertical: 125lbs x 8, 145lbs x 8,6

Well hell hulk had a softball tourney last night til about 2 this morning. We won are first two games and ending up with a damn 2 hr break that killed us in single elimination. I woke up around noon today lol and hit the gym for back day. I am posting my workout here til I get my supps in for a new log. Hope my brother avengers are down with that.

Took an off day to burn up sick time since I'm leaving to a new job next month. I'll be getting all my annual time cut to me on last pay check which will be a huge amount so woo woo woo I can load up on some goodies. I went to dr about my knee said nothing torn at all just inflamed sac behind my knee cap and gave me a shot and said to ice it with taking some alieve. The shot they gave me had to be cortisone cause i wanted to kick a 100 yr field goal lol. Hit some chest up today and was very pleased.

Chest:
