Here's today's workout,had a good pump.vascularity is up a good bit.feeling great today,have felt terrible past 2 days so pretty happy about that.

Barbell curl:
135x6
135x7
125x9

Reverse bench press:
255x8 for 3 sets

Incline db curls:
60x6
60x7
60x8
50x9

Ez curls,inside grip:
100x7
105x6
100x8
90x7

Wrist curls with barbell:
100x15 for 4 sets.

Db preacher curls:
70x8 for 2 sets.
60x9 for 2 sets.

Hammer curls:
70x9
70x10
80x9
70x8

Db wrist curls:
80x15 for 4 sets.

Thanks bro,I'm tryin to break prs everyday like you:) it was a good workout,not over the top,seems those always hit on legs and bench with the real weight.but I got shoulders tomorrow and gonna really push it,cycles coming down to the end :(

Thanks bro,you know that means a lot to me coming from you.so sad this runs almost over!i have no intentions of losing anything!i feel I've gained hardly any fat or held water weight,at least by looks and body comp.And comparing to other cycles.I started myself up a training log mainly so I can track my progress thru pct and in upcoming months ahead.

Been creepin' on this log for a while now. Absolutely awesome log. And that veiny shot of your bicep is ridiculously great; diced & swole like a boss.

Db shrugs:
100x18 for 4 sets.

Db military press:
70x8 for 4 sets.

Side db lat raises:
30x7 with a 2 count hold at top,for 4 sets.man those are hard!

Seatbelts:
80x10 for 4 sets.

Bb shrugs:

I can not believe my recovery on this cycle,of course it's always quick when on.But I am literally not getting sore after my workouts,period!and I'm freakin pushin it.Especially my last bench and squat day I thought I'd be sore as fark but not a single bit.Ive honestly almost hit the gym twice a day multiple times!

I had a terrible workout today,that's all I can say.I have been in a bad mood all day bc of it.

Box squats:

Calf raises on block:
100 db in each hand for 20 reps,4 sets.

Bent db rows:
80x9 for 3 sets.

Leg extensions:
250x12 for 4 sets.

One arm db rows on bench:
90x8 for 4 sets.
 
They can't all feel insane; gotta take the rough ones to make the great ones shine. But it's still quality work you put in & it makes the difference in the end brother!

Nice lifts Bro! Also I too have been training my wifey and she's my best partner ever due to the fact that she is starting to get obsessed and seeing great results, and were accomplishing our goals together makes even better.

As strong as you are with through the sick volume of work you do, you're gonna lift like an ox when you dedicate a few days to just warming up & maxing out at the end of this cycle. Gettin' ready to smash some PRs man!

That is +10 bro,nothing. Haven't hit before,but it's been a while,brought my grip in a bit as much as possible without feeling like its gonna snap my wrists and forearms.Im thickening up quite a bit bro,weight is at 187 that 12 pounds up,and still what some would call lean :)
 
+12 lbs and all lean is a total win for a cycle Mack. :woohoo:
