I killed it today!staright alpha!i did a warm up set and didn't feel in the zone at all,but once I put a little weight on it took off!weight felt way too easy today,gettin back to my old numbersgot the wife down there with me the past few days and I have killed it!

325x2 smooth.felt I had another but no spot!

70x10 for 4 sets.
Champagnes:
80x10 for 4 sets.
Overhead db tri ext:

Db kickbacks:

Db press:
90x10 for 4 sets.
I am hitting my goal of doing a bit better each workout on each lift!straight beasting it lately.mirror is starting to look good too!

That's a no brainer Mack. Push things until the negatives get there, then back off.
10lbs in a month is killer and from the photos it looks all quality too!

Awesome work bro!! Absolutely killed it. I've been having that feeling lately where I'm unsure if I'm going to progress and then the weight just keeps feeling lighter. Great feeling!
