I killed it today!staright alpha!i did a warm up set and didn't feel in the zone at all,but once I put a little weight on it took off!weight felt way too easy today,gettin back to my old numbers :) got the wife down there with me the past few days and I have killed it!

Flat bench:
205x12
225x12
255x10
275x10
295x5
325x2 smooth.felt I had another but no spot!
295x4
275x7

Db flys:
70x10 for 4 sets.

Champagnes:
80x10 for 4 sets.

Overhead db tri ext:
100x10 for 4 sets.

Db kickbacks:
35x8 for 4 sets.

Db press:
90x10 for 4 sets.

I am hitting my goal of doing a bit better each workout on each lift!straight beasting it lately.mirror is starting to look good too!

Ok,so since yesterday I've had a few pretty bad nose bleeds!also have a bad headache going on today!blood pressure is good,urine is clear.but I've made the decision to drop back down to 3 caps a day instead of 4.ive been at 4 caps a day for 5 days and now all this is happening.i didn't even have these troubles with sd.ive already made some great gains,and at 3 caps a day I'll be on cycle for about 11 more days.just tout I'd share that.Oh and nips are starting to be pretty irritated all in last few days!

yep gonna run it at 3 caps until done,if these sides dont go away real soon im jumping into pct,oh and got on the scale today.185 so im up 10 pounds in 28 days and still pretty lean!

thanks bro,it feels quality,my strength is ridiculous lately.and it does seem im stayin pretty lean,ive ran these compounds at these doses before and even sd and never had some harsh sides like this.pretty potent stuff.i can feel my sytem running no doubt,cant wait to kill arms tomorrow,ive been craving to hit the gym a 2nd time most days!

Awesome work bro!! Absolutely killed it. I've been having that feeling lately where I'm unsure if I'm going to progress and then the weight just keeps feeling lighter. Great feeling!

thanks bro,means a lot my opinion is respected.there are only 4 pwo ive ever tried i wll pay my money for,and ive tried a lot.watermelon is an amazing flavor,kinda tart,but i love it,and watermelon is a hard flavor to nail.prodigy is one of my stash choices!
 
thinking about starting a training log for myself,so i can help keep track of my progress.its been awesome while logging these logs to be able to track my progress,so id like to see it through my pct and further out.any thoughts?
