Alright guys workouted yesterday, wasn't feeling great and don't remember all numbers but

pull ups
6,5,4. Man did these things feel heavy. I haven done them in months and i guess being heavier also made it worse but they did feel good

150x?,? I think they were around 7-8

Didn't really get the greatest workout since I havnt been feeling great last 2 days. I'm starting to think this heavy over the top oral cycle is catching up to me. I mean infeel like I starcked 2 methyls for 3 weeks followed by a bridge into Superdrol.... Oh wait that's exactly what I did lol.

Though it kinda feels like I'm a little sick since my throat feels funny, and a few other symptoms I usually get when I'm starting to catch a virus but we will see. If it is the cycle making me feel bad than I should end it asap... But if I'm just getting sick it will effect my workouts in which case it will be near impossible to maintain these gains sonit would be best to drop to 10 mg of sd for a few days till the worst is over.

At this point I will play by ear for another day before making any decisions, but I can definetly tell my body is pretty much ready for pct... I'm going to be on vacation this weekend which seems like the perfect time to be in pct since i will no doubt be on a caloric surplus due to good cooking so that should help me transition without muscle loss I suppose.

Thanks for sharing man those are some awesome gains!!! Inwish ingained that much this cycle. Lol but I guess I won't complain about 30lbs on my bench. I will probably stay on for at least one more chest workout which will be tommorrow than I'll play by ear when to start pct. I figure this next workout though I could up the weight again depending on how i feel.

Yeah i didn't notice any on my last sd run but than again I'm not in the habit for checking them. Lol. So that's why it was such a surprise when i hadn't been paying attention than 5 weeks in grab them and like wow they're gone. Haha
 
Alright guys today will probably be my last day taking m drol. I feel like I need to end my cycle since I have pushed so hard with the two methyl stack bridged into SD. Gains are still going insane and weight and muscle is pileing on in a way that only SD can do which makes it suck to stop.

God I can't get over how much I love SD te strength is insane and the weight flies on. It's amazing that only 12 days is enough to give these kinds of gains. I took my dose this morning along with 75 mg clomid and took 25 more along with 15mg of nolva this Evening.

I also increased milk thistle to 1-1.5 G Ed along with all supports and fish oil for lipids. Let's try to get my bodyto homeostasis asap. I'm going out of town on Thursday and will no doubt be drinking which is the other reason to end my cycle a few days early to try to give the liver a little break for a few days.

Today's workout was great!!!!!!!

WOW pre cycle the 85lb DB on flat felt heavy and now busting outb the 90s on incline on a tired chest felt incredible! God i don't wanna stop SD so soon!!!!

Will do legs and shoulders tommorrow since legs are almost healed from last sqaut day. Shoulders have been feeling very taxed and almost like they wanna get injured so I wil go easy on them tommorrow.

Part of me wants to do 10mg sd in the morning to keep strength climbing and it seems like you might be able to recover some while dosing it in the morning only but I think i better stick with the pct Only tommorrow.

Ps I'm feeling huge. I'll post before and afters when inget the chance,t hough I know my extra maybe 10lb of fat has added alot of size bufactoring that out sill the muscle gains have been great.
Btw I'm 212 today so I know I'll drop some of the glycogen soon.

well yeah 13 days of m drol is not enough I agree but I only planned on 15 since it was a spur of the moment thing to add it. It's actually been 6 weeks in total for this cycle. So some of the mass I've has for weeks while some (from the m drol) is so new it may be harder to keep but we shall see. I think spending Wednesday-Sunday out of town will be good since it's vacation I will definetly in a caloric surplus since i will be grubbing on awesome food. I personally don't feel it will be hard to keep the muscle mass even though SD put it on so fast since you body has no reason to go catabolic in a surplus when it's already packing on some fat.

My previous SD cycle I seemed to only lose some strength and in turn no doubt muscle when I cut immedately post pct. I predict as since I will continue tryig to lean bulk to 220lbs that I will not lose any noticeable muscle mass, especially since I'm well under my genetic limit.

I will definetly try to go way on the liqour this weekend for my livers sake... Though unlike most people I do not feel liqour has any negitive effects on body composition As long asits not always surrounding fatty foods and have more than proved that to myself thus far. But I will e dosing milk thistle to help in any case.

Thanks for the kind word though brother. I agree that cycling is a lifestyle choice, and I lt would be better I inexcercised more self control for sure.
 
Oh In case anyone wasn't counting as of yesterday im up 26 lbs lol. Though 6 of those lbs may be glycogen and water. I'd say an easy 10 lbs have been fat due to upping my calories too soon, so I'd estimate I might be 10lb of muscle up. My goal is to maintain my weight at 206.
I will also be adding slin shot into my pct to try to help maintain gym performance.
 
Alright guys back in town and had a great relaxing vacation. Diet was very poor this week, filled with junkfood, alcohol and low protein. Lol I also got sick last few days so didn't eat enough. I'm still sick so didn't get enough calories in today either. Hopefully this won't affect my lbm too much muh since this was no doubt te worst week to get sick in being that it's only day 8 of pct.

Pct is actually feeling pretty good. I seem to be recovering pretty fast and feeling alot better with this clomid, nolva, recycle stack. Gonna start getting back on the slin shot to see if I can maintain some more of this weight.

Tommorrow i will hit chest and either shoulders or back.
 
Yeah I wish I had ate better on vacation. Well today i've been feeling alot better since most of my cold symptoms are gone, so i went to the gym.

I kept volume real low since i didn't want to relapse again for working out too hard. I'm not too disappointed with the workout though since inwas still a little sick and didn't feel very strong, weight felt really heavy, so only dropping a couple reps from my last workout wasn't too bad. I feel next time I will be able to make one of those up.

Weight was 205 =[ so light compared to 212 peak weight at end of cycle but it's okay since I don't think much if any Is muscle loss, I still look about the same just not quite as full due to the lack o glycogen. Also since my food and water intake has been very low th last few days it no doubt added to some of the weight drop so I'm not stressing. I'm sure it will be back up a few lbs in a few days now that I'm eating normal diet again.

Pct is still feeling very smooth. I definetly feel like I'm recovering faster than last nolva only pct.

Alright guys sorry I have been MIA for a little while. Started working again doing water main repairs and man have I been whooped. I was saying last week I'm so done being laid off and tired of chilling on unemployment and after week on I'm already missing being laid off. Lol


Anyways I figured out that the scales at the two 24 hour fitness' in my area don't weight the same dispite the fact that they Are both the same brand of weight scales. Anyways, the peak weight was measured at one last day of cycle I think, 205 was at the other on I uually go too, the first one is about 3 lbs heavier and is actually thr accurate one. So I'm sitting about 208 which means I have only lost 3 lbs thus far. It also means I didn't gain as much, only 23lbs actually. Maintaining about 19-20 lbs so far, I'd say about 10 is fat so maybe 9-10 lbs muscle,maybe less either way it's a noticeable differance.

I didn't log a my last workout, shoulders have lost a little strength, I think I used 65lb DB on my military presses and was strugling to get 6 reps, so I have lost a few reps there but it could be due to my shoulders just feeling over taxed and hurting.

Might workout tonight, but wife wants some alone time if you know what I mean, it seems like even though I feel recovered already I'm not as horny as I expected. Oh well.
 
Well I just got back from gym. Pretty disappointed with my performance but hopefully it was just because i am not used to DB bench anymore since it's been a couple months.

welli may have just had a bad day or maybe that's just what I'm able to do on DB i don't know. Precycle inwas only doing 85's flat, So now that I'm typing this I do realize that's 30lb increase so maybe that's about right. It's just that I'm able to do maybe an extra rep or at least equal on the BB right now, but was able to do a couple more reps than me. My last workout i did 85 DBs on incline after my BB btw.

I almost didn't go to the gym cause I was so tired from work. The pct seems to e working great, knocked boots with the wife before the gym and gave her 3 orgasms, I had 2 myself so yeah the goods work fine baby!!! Lol

weight was just under 207 today. Though I feel a touch fatter. I really wanna post pics of pre and post but my Internet got shut off for not paying bill so I need to pay it first I guess. Lol

I did not have it for legs and that makes 2 bad workouts on sqauts in a row. Hopefully I didn't lose too much leg strength but well see I was a few reps down from when on SD but i only did sqauts once or twice on cycle. Shoulders went awesome as i got a PR higher than on my cycle.

I did learn a valuable lesson. When on cycle don't switch to lifts your not used to. It takes a while to perfect and an excercise and to be able to push hard even when not feeling good. Since i switched to squats last week of cycle, I have not grown accustomed to pushing the excercise to my bodies limit weather I'm in the zone or not. This has made me not be able to keep as much strength when compared to excercises like bench where to do it alot and have only lost a rep.


I feel great though I forgot to take my clomid yesterday, this clomid, nolva, recycle combo is really doing incredible for pct.

Also the DB chest workout got me way more sore than barbell even will. Feels good... I forgot what it was like to have chest pain when moving around. Ahhhhh

All pull ups were of course slow controled with a dead hang at the bottom. I finished up my pull ups with a static hold whih was painful. Lol
 
dude i'm kinda new around here but i'll chime in anyway. from your first post on here about your abs being gone...i figured your pictures would be pretty dissapointing. but honestly man you look great (no homo). you arms especially look bigger. well done man.

yeah my arms were flexed in the after pic and not before but yeah they have grown alot more than I though on this cycle. When I do pull ups at thr gym in the morror they just look huge. And the shouldrs have really came in alot too as I can tell by how much stiffer they feel but they are still so underdevoloped.

Either way thr next year should be good to my body!!!

Alright guys PCT has been going soo smooth. This is the best protocol for pct I have ever done. A few lifts such as sqauts and bench are down a couple reps. 2 reps on both, but I think some of that was due to getting sick and going out of town. Weight is down to 205 whih sucks since i wanted to hit 210 before I cut but I still got like a month before my cut so I might be able to gain a few lbs.

Monday hit legs and shoulders.

I think I already posted that I started a light cut on tuesday. Been going good so far, strength is maintaining it would appear.

did a set of curls to finish. Keeping volume low and intensity sky high as I'm just trying to maintain.

I had some chicken and rice for meal one, preworkout was a protein shake, post workout was a beer and 3 delicous slices lf pizza. So I prob came in just under maintainance today.

Either the beef or the pizza. Lol I was more afraid of caloric intake I guess so I probably didn't eat enough protein. But oh well, man I'm beginin to become reminded how tough dieting is on the weekends! I'm seeing freinds from Friday-Sunday! Makes me wanna eat, but I'm just making sure to eat very clean all day and than if I break around them and cheat, I keep it as minimal as possible. I have a fast metabolism so that really helps with damage control.

Lol I don't even have to post my own libido checks. Deiting is going good, Managing to keep calories at 2000 or so. Weights down to 203. Chest workout sucked, but back was okay yesterday. So hopefully I can smash chest next time.
