I haven't been on m1,4 for about 2 weeks now. Weird that I'm having such a hard time on just halodrol. I took a nap this afternoon, feeling infinitely better. Going on a late night bike ride so hopefully I'm dead tired by bed time.

Damn nice rowing strength... How do you have energy for the deadlift after all that?
 
I've actually got pretty good stamina as far as lifting goes. I usually go over board on volume, been trying to limit it a lot during this cycle. But with 15/8/5 I usually pause part way through the set. I'll do 5, pause, do another 5 pause and finish off the set.

Interesting pauses... my pauses are pretty arbitrary... I just know I would not have enough energy to go all out on the deadlift if it was at the end. Cool stuff man.
 
sleep no longer an issue. I don't know why it was so rough or why it got better. I'm not taking anything to aid in my sleep either. I'm liking h-drol, strength gains are still there but if I had to do this cycle again I would choose epi over hdrol. This will be my final week, hoping to make it a productive one. I've been sore all weekend from friday's work out. My shoulder wasn't all there today, I feel like if that wasn't the case I would have been able to push harder

weight is down slightly to 203. I've leaned out some. I feel like I've hit a wall with my diet. I can't eat any more than what I'm eating with out eating dirty.

decided to shut it down today. I haven't been having good work outs and it just doesn't seem worth it. Starting pct tonight. Taking 100 mg of clomid and 20 mg nolva. Gonna give con cret a go. I got a tub of LG asgt but I think it tastes horrible... enough to the point where I don't want to drink it at all. I need something with more stims in it as well.

I'm hoping my appetite returns.

ending weight : 203.5, difference 18.9 lbs

I want to say about half of that is fat. I look leaner than I did 2 weeks ago when I came off of m1,4. At points I was about 210 lbs though so I should be looking leaner since my strength has gone up. I should also note that I weighed 162 lbs in february.

bench: went from 245 x 4 to 275 x 6
squats: i don't care(meaning I didn't try to go up) but now my quads are massive to the point that I just look imbalanced. I probably should see a trainer about it.
cleans: went from 185 x 4 to 205 x 5
deads: I can now comfortably lift 315 before it was ugly to even attempt it
military: I can db military 100 lbs db which was a goal of mine pre-cycle.

Would I do it again? Probably. I responded better to epistane both times I took it so that would be the only change. I noticed more dryness on h-drol than I did at the end of 30mg of epistane. In hindsight I think a lower dose of h-drol stacked with m1,4 for 5 weeks might have been more effective.

Guys I lift with have noticed that I put on weight. Only one of them knows what I actually was on. And I only told him because I know he has cycled to. I hate the mentality that pills not hard work made me gain 20 lbs.

I'll probably log the rest of my work outs through pct. I'm going to up the volume and switch to dbs for most exercises.

I'm still sitting around 203. I go up as high as 206 and as low as 199. I seem to be just as strong now. My endurance is insane. I feel like I could work out again today.
 
ate like crap all weekend. oh well had fun in philly. oddly I lost 2 lbs eating 5 cheese steaks in 3 days. Weight is now at 201. Some girl at the gym today asked me if I was a marine haha.

weight: 199. I think I lost mostly fat. I'm still up 15 lbs and I'm almost as lean as I was at the beginning of this cycle.

I haven't lost much strength at all. My recovery time sucks now though. I've been sore all day. I'm surprised I'm still this strong after 2.5 weeks of pct.

really pissed but yesterday I tweaked my back riding my bike. I was climbing a hill and I got out of the saddle to push down and it just popped. I won't be lifting or doing cardio for the rest of the week... depending on how my back heals.
 
got back to lifting the past few days. My body has liked my time off from the gym but my endurance is WAY down. My weight is still hovering around 200 lbs. I'm pretty impressed that I was able to hold onto most of the weight I gained since I was 160 8 months ago. My final day of pct will be on tuesday.

What is a Good Post Cycle for MI, 4ADD?

I just purchased MI, 4ADD (Competitve Labs) and would like to include MI, 4ADD with Decavol UTT (Advanced Muscle Science), and Super Drol. I have Milk Thistle supplements, Livercare by Himalaya, and Arimidex (by BPI). I want to use it for 3 weeks before I go on a Post cycle for 3 weeks, then take another 3 weeks off before returning on my next prohormone cycle? Is that safe enough? What other post cycle supplements would you recommend for a stack, including MI, 4ADD?

You should post this in the Competitive Edge Labs section. . .i will tell you that when running m1,4add that you will want to stack it with a different class of AS/AAS. . . there is no need to stack dbol with superdrol. . to potent liver toxic AS's and the sides won't out weight the gains. . . IMO. . .if you do m14add you can do hdrol/tren/eqplex (if you can find it), estane. . .but for your m14add stack you will want to make sure you have a solid AI. . and a great pct lined up. . .first a foremost. . .post this question in the C.E.L. section and we can speak further about this :think:
