LTL is crushing his fellow transformer's!

Kleen or anyone familiar with abliderate, should I be applying the abliderate multiple times daily? Also I'm in no hurry but how long before you noticed the product started to work?

Hell ya man! It's been a hell of a ride and I'm going into pct beasting so this should be awesome. My refuse to fail attitude is still with me and I think I'm just getting started.

So never really got a solid answer on the abliderate so at any time if someone has some input that would be awesome!

Update on a few things here. Dreams have been crazy, and nolva is giving me some weird sides that I'm not used to. Had a very vivid dream of my grandma that past a short time ago and woke up feeling like a focking baby. I guess I can expect this type of stuff happening being it happened so recently but damn man its so unlike me to feel like that. I've been having like three solid full length dreams a night and I can almost remember everything about them. I normally very rarely have dreams let alone multiple in a night. I haven't minded it until last night though.

Other then that I feel pretty good got out of work about an hour and a half earlier then normal this morning so I was able to get around a few hours earlier today. I will be hitting chest after finishing breakfast and having my morning coffee. Ready to keep the momentum in full swing today boys! Lets kill it!

Felt incredible overall today! Strength was up a bit on a few lifts but felt a little weaker on others. The pump today blew my mind though for being a week into PCT! A guy I work with is going to hit chest with me next week so we can go for maxes so that should be real interesting. May get a chance to take pics tonight, of not they'll be up tomorrow. Thought about taking them both days and them picking the best.

abs are washing out a bit but god damn you made some serious gains bro. arms look almost an inch bigger and your back is sick. looks like your quads have grown a bit too. over all man, you fuggin' killed it.

Thanks bro, yea the abs washing out was semi on purpose. I get scared in the first week of pct of losing too much weight so I get a lot of cals in on purpose. Tried to dry out as much as I could yesterday but ended up looking a bit wet but the biceps were looking incredible so I kind of traded one for the other. I wish I could have taken the pics I took while I was on but that wouldn't be fair as this was an 8 week competition. Honestly this is the most successful cycle I have done so far and I think we all won so I couldn't be happier! Thank you for your support and feedback!

Only side I've noticed is feeling alpha as Fock.. ;-) no this run has been pretty clean man I have a good way of scraping by with minimal sides.

Don't get me wrong l love me some mixed nuts but they are just so expensive calorie wise and I never get to eat as much as I want of them, kind of frustrating...

That's why I plan when I wanna eat them.. Then just run it off the next day lol

Yah I've done that... funny since I have been on lean gains I run my diet like a budget and try to pick foods that will satiate me more... I hate going hungry and I have a big appetite...
 
I think the Abliderate should be taken 2 quarter size squirts best time after a shower when pores are open. Mine was regular abliderate not the new advanced but still. Also the smell wears off very quickly and no one notices it after 5-10 minutes. Once you put your shirt on over it no worries.

As far as how long until you notice it well you are taking it to control cortisol not for fat loss. Granted you may acheive some fat loss although I truly hope that is not your focus in PCT since it is always a bad idea to cut in PCT unless running peptides or something else that keep your muscle. Since using it to control the cortisol spike that is due sometime in the next week then you will notice in the next week or two when you don't start losing muscle mass that quickly.

Don't get too excited about PCT going well in that first week to two weeks. It is very common for people to feel great and still hit PR's in the first or second week of PCT, but then the body freaks the hell out over the low androgen levels and sends an emergency signal to produce cortisol at a rapid rate. This is when your muscle loss is at it's highest and you can easily eat up most of your new muscle if cortisol goes unchecked. So you may get a little leaner but you should be eating for maintenance or to bulk a little more in order to not lose any of that precious new muscle.
