Pct went awesome man. Stayed lean and strong. Bulked back to 225 atm. Got a few more lbs to go then it'll be pct time, break time then recomp time. Yeaaaah buddy.

Pin was super quick and easy today. It is definitely getting more difficult to get the pin through the muscle in the quads. I think its because of how often I've been doing them because nothing else has changed. I haven't been mind fûcking myself into taking a long time on them though. Just get in, get out, get done attitude. Either way its getting done so why waste a bunch of time pussing out! Sick as a dog again. My son is literally a walking cold. He is getting me sick left and right. This one is pretty bad, I can feel it in my throat pretty harsh and its just the first day it has hit me. Luckily I have all weekend off so I'll be resting up for sure.

I am telling you L-Glutamine will cure your getting sick woes. Much better than Vitamin C and will help with recovery and muscle density.

absolutely, you just have to know when and how to take it. I like to dose 2 scoops of Invalid Link Removed right before I go to bed on an empty stomach and I'll have an occasional serving mid day between meals too.

Crazy the other ltl is sick aswell i have been fighting this off for 3 days havent been to work and today i slept until 1 pm tried to lift shoulders yesterday worst mistake ever everything went down and felt real cruddy although i hate it ill be taking off till monday. Hope urs isnt as bad as mine because if it is its hell

Brings me to mind my work quit having our christmas party because they liked hiring young girls straight out of college for management possitions, well they kinda like to party llike there still in college and would be all over us Married Men lol

What's funny about this, is they've now only hired one management member that is a woman since then, and she's not that pretty haha

I hate getting sick, especially when you're on cycle and have so much invested in your workouts. I got sick earlier this week and lost some weight from it. I'm sure you'll feel better soon and be back to crushing the weights! Oh and think of it this way, at least you know you won't be sick on Christmas! I mean whenever I get sick I won't get sick again for months.

Feeling a lot better right now but not quite 100 percent. On my way in to hit chest. Going to base my workout by how I feel but think I'm going to start concentrating on incline. Need to get upper chest strength caught up. Wish me luck!

Hit chest today, mainly machine work though. Really happy to see my weight didn't go down. I was eating like crazy to try and combat any strength or weight loss while held out of the gym. Didn't keep track of lifts today because it was hard enough just to make it in. Strength was down just slightly but not as much as I expected it would be considering I wasn't feeling close to 100 percent. The pump felt amazing that's for sure. Crazy how jacked you feel when coming back from 3 days off and feeling like death. Will probably continue to take it easy the next few days until I'm at full health.

Take it easy and carb up man! Thats where you get the best pumps! Glad you're doing at least a little better!
 
Mmmmmm carbs the double edged sword. I get great energy after a carb up and awesome pumps but my vascularity goes down from the water retention. Total mind bender. Keep hitting it hard LTL! With all the problems that have popped up during ur cycle its awesome to see u push through like a champ.

Try not to drink much liquids, it's hard but if you want to look more vascular I'd say give it a try.
