agreed,id have a hard time as i have in the past putting on weight without them,its hard for me to get my daily intake i shoot for without the shakes.

Great info in here! I'm lucky to have some top notch buddies I've met along the way following my logs. I'd be lost with out these guys. Very good info at our disposal here at AM.
 
Well I'm happy to say this mornings pin was the best one yet. Almost no pip at all and my leg is barely sore when I stretch it. Normally it feels like I hit legs the day before it will be so crampy and sore. Went a little higher up on the quad and more to the side and seem to have found the sweet spot. Could also be this was the 4th pin in that quad so maybe the muscle is getting used to it.

There is some spread out through the log lol. Not as much of a picture whore these days. These next ones should be pretty damn good though. Will have them up by the end of next week. I'm on vacation from work the next few days and will be out of town.

That's great bro!! Really excited to see ur progress pics coz u always amaze pplz...I want to pin but too scared...one day I will but for now I need to lose some weight if someone give me opportunity to log something lol

I am willing to bet the positioning had A LOT to do with it. High and more to the side is where it is at. With T400 even with microshots for the TRT doses I was in major pain until I moved high and more on the side.

I think positioning has everything to do with it honestly. I rarely ever had any pain, and always was a little higher on the quad and to the side (front pants pockets area). That is the perfect place to pin quads IMO

Looking great brother. Stay where you are or lean up a bit I don't think you are to far out of shape. A couple lbs and you will be shocked. No need to stress on it just clean it up a bit but don't sweat trying to lean up just adjust macros more towards protein and fats except for post workout then hit all your cabs around then. The Anabolics will clean the rest up in a couple weeks on their own.

Thanks Kleen! I agree for a 20lb difference I was happy with how lean I kept it. I admit I got there riding carbs and fats more then I would have liked. I've tightened up the diet a lot lately though and will try to get to 185-190 by the end with a cleaner diet, before I slim down to finish the run. I still haven't figured out how I will cap this run but I have a few tricks up my sleeve! :-D

Did you start doing the grape seed deal or you're just getting better with the pins? Either way I'm sure not feeling like a truck ran your ass over feels great!

Like mentioned I think it has to do with location and non virgin muscle. Pins aren't getting much easier so I don't think it has to do with me being better. I was pretty shaky for this one and nerves were high. I get just as nervous to pin now as I did on my first. I'm a complete puss when it comes to needles... I can't believe I've been able to do this many! LOL I just tell myself you are doing this whether you want to or not and finally I go for it.

I don't get it man. The pain isnt bad at all and it's not the pain that bothers me anyway. Just nerves hit when I realize I'm about to penetrate my body with a sharp object. Especially over an inch in.
