looking for a good sleep aid

Just seen abyss at the shop here. Gonna have to check it out down the road.

That is a sweet deal. Perfect timing for this thread.

Lulz, werd. I won't get to use these bottles for another 2 months though. Have another brand new tub of Resurrect PM to get through but I have a brand new tub of REM 8.0 to get through first. Was thinking about using Abyss in between those two products but I think this run of Abyss I will run back to back and see how the accumulative effects of two bottles back to back works out.

Abyss Unparalleled isn't physiologically habit-forming. REM 8.0 is (phenibut), but the intensity of habit formation is dose-dependent

Just like with everything else gotta use responsibly

well here in Cali it's 945pm i took rem 8.0 at 8:20pm and im still wide awake!! this Effn sucks!!! i haven't had any caffeine other than a cranberry red bull at 4:00 could that have anything to do with it?

Caffeine can effect you for 6-8 hours plus red bull has other stuff to it.

I am not even trying to be funny...Sex (masterbation if your lonely and havent found your swolemate) is great for sleep.

1mg of melatonin and the amount of GABA it had wasn't really enough for me to be put to sleep by it but it did give me solid sleep once I was sleeping. Not a bad product at all, just don't expect it to put you to sleep.

I tried a sample of resurrect pm last night and I didn't really sleep that much after it. Maybe about 3 hours, weird.

Tolerance maybe? Have you been using other sleep aids before it?

Definitely not tolerance. I haven't used anything in awhile. Last I had was massHGH maybe like 8 months ago. I tried 3 different samples the last 3 nights because I had them laying around.

Little update on my lights out experience(w/Relora)
-doesn't necessarily help me fall asleep
-I dream more once asleep...well I feel like I do(deeper sleep)
-it takes me a little longer to get out of bed
-nothing as far as recovery on anything like that so far

Does l-dopa make any of you guys groggy in the AM?

Interesting. We need some science bros up in here to maybe give some clues to this. Maybe you're just naturally tolerant to the ingredients?

Depends on the dose and my tolerance. If it's a high enough dose, I would wake up groggy in the morning or hungover. After awhile, that effect would subside for me.

Every sleep aid i have ever tried has made me groggy in the morning most mornings.

MassHGH did this to me when I first started it, and then it seemed to get better.

Hi,

I was wondering what sleep aids you have tried in the past?

The reason being, for Noxitropin PM we are in the process of improving its taste, effectiveness and removing the aspartame!

Been using REM 8.0 for awhile now. I must say, it's a good product though be wary, you can easily end up with a phenibut hangover the next day. Use caution with this stuff people.

Going to jump back on Abyss after I finish the REM 8.0 though.

Any time you use a phenibut product don't use it more than 5 days in a row. That will help too

I've actually only been using it about 4 times out of the week actually. Lulz. Tried the 2 servings a few times, it was a very light headed morning every time. I've been using a little less than a full scoop actually. Stuff is very effective at knocking me out I must say.

agreed. It may work for someone with really light sleep issues or first time using melatonin

Personally I only use phenibut like once a week to help wind down. Using phenibut on a regular basis (like 4 or more times a week) causes tolerance and addiction. I hear the withdrawals from it are really terrible.

Ive used it fairly regularly (3-5 times a week) and never had any "withdraws" from it.

I have used it similarly to this. Staying in the 3 range more than the 5. No noticeable withdraws. I must say, if trouble sleeping is one then I have that a lot, so I bought phenibut before. It is a vicious cycle.

Yeah I should have said it causes tolerance around that amount of time, then taking it for like a week straight can cause addiction. I'm pretty much going off of what I've seen others post when it comes to the addiction/withdrawal effects.

9 weeks of usage ? I don't think anyone would recommend that
How about the full text instead of fear mongering

This is a case report. I'm not fear mongering. Phenibut should be used on a need-basis.

Which is why I always recommend using a 1/2 dose of REM8.0 to start and taking breaks frequently. I personally recommend using no more than 4-5 days/week MAX

Oops... I've been taking it nightly and almost finished my first tub. Can't say I have noticed any ill effects, sleeping more solid and waking feeling refreshed. definitely don't feel addicted or like I need it, don't think it has affected me that way. I guess I should back off on my dosages anyways to be safe, I'm normally good about going by the directions I don't know how this one slipped.

Yeah dial it down slowly. Or you might find you have a really hard time falling asleep without it. Its great stuff for sure, just have to limit yourself a little unfortunately.

Kind of afraid I will be a useless lethargic slug the first few days of my honeymoon. Don't want to fill up my luggage with supps and not sure what would be an issue to have in my luggage for passing security.

Should have tapered down on a few things, I will be heading there cutting out sleep aids, GDA's with every carb meal, and roughly 1g caffeine + other stims daily, all cold turkey.

Considering at least sticking in a bottle of SsV2 as it will be a hell of a cheat week

Good luck with the no caffeine. Yikes! You shouldn't have any issues with supps and security
