This is definately great for leaning and vascularity. I have been using this in my contest prep and has been amazing. Leave us some reviews where possible if you don't mind man. Good luck in your photo shoot.

That thread and this are one in the same regarding the opportunity, I just simply wanted to maximize exposure to make sure you all were able to easily be made aware of this generous opportunity.

Maintain waist size while increasing shoulder width and quad size.
Gain between 4-5 lbs of lean mass
Compare this verion of XFactor to the old version of XFactor:veryhappy:

Long Term Goal: Continue to gain size, maintain a bodyfat of around 10% while doing so.

Current Supplements Taking: Whey protein, BCAA's, beta alanine, maximize v2, fish oil

some real solid apps in here. Going to be a tough decision for MN for sure
 
Id be the one that would gain the most since I get no AA in my diet since I am a vegetarian so If any thing if I logged it I should see some awesome results as I have in the past.

Agree, there are some really good applications. I'm sure the MN guys will figure out a fair way of deciding, like picking the first two posters or something... :stooges:

I want and love this log opportunity so bad, you HATE it compared to me... HAAAAA! ;)

Totally kidding of course my friend, best of luck. I'll end up buying AA anyway worse case scenario... although now that the patent has expired I'm going to do some searching for raws.

OH yeah, I mentioned a long time ago and several times since then, my all time favorite natural stack was based in the anabolic embrace of AA paired with 20-ecdy and 5,7 Methoxy. :)

Man, I never did try AA, but I remember back in the day when Prolab put 20-ecdysterone in their protein powders, and when ecdysterone was at the same time a 'big hit' in terms of the new-age supplementation market. I felt like there had to be something to it, because I broke out like a bat out of hell all over my body while using it. Decent results too. Also recall the combination of ecdy and methoxy in loads of products back then .. I can only assume the extracts are much more powerful in this day and age, tho!

I plan on it this will be nothing like workouts seen on this forum I’m in rugby and my training is very unique and intense. i will copy most of my log onto the forum when all is done, some goals , power, speed, euduarnce, deffinition, vascularity and size.
