Oh I thank you! I typed all that on my phone and my bf has gone up 2% in 2 weeks but as you can see my weight now is Judy chilling around that certain weight. And I'm eating all these carbs. Also I just remembered that I forgot to intake Creatine with my last meal...FUKK!

EDIT: I don't know why I said I was on my phone again. I guess it's because the phone thing is a huge a pain in the ass :yup: I wish they had an app for the phones or if they had something like facebook that I could text to post on the form. Ohhhh how awesome that would be!!!
 
I actually am interested in Recompadrol, I seriously cant remember one review that didnt like it. The Nutra Recompadrol + Carb combo is pretty nice as well.

Dude its some good sh!t! It has to be helping me to keep the fat off(with/and Slin Sane):bigok: cause look at my fukking carb and fat intake! I don't feel any pumps but hey if it keeps the fat away why not.

My legs press has gone down from 3x 895lbs to 3-4X 715lbs but I'm not worry about it. I went heavy and couple of people saw me do calf workout and they like "you do that?! DAAAAMN thats a lot of weight!!!" so I'm happy :D


Important:
All Star Health pulled some sh!t on amazon and fukked me over by canceling my order and I have used all my money to sign up for extra classes and to pay bills. So now I have to find something so I could get the "surprise" supplement. I had placed an order on 3 blue genes

My intra-shake
Today I took all my stuff to the gym and let 3 guys try them(I forgot to take the BCAA but its not a biggy) and two of them miss understood me and chugged it :lmao: and like 2 minutes later I was like "You guys aight?!" and one of the guys went "DUDE I feel tingly all over...I feel like I'm in overdrive." So I'm ordering them the things that made my intra-workout, Blue UP, and Recomadrol. But I'm going to let a lot of guys in my gym to try ASGT and T-911 also. OH and I talked my gym owner to get rid of all the BSN and Gaspari sh!t and to carry what I recommend...sooooo...yeaaaaaah I'm that fukking good at selling :D
 
Just a tip - your doing one serving of GlycerGROW but your water intake is low for the product (16 oz)

If you do 2-3 scoops of GG, I would drink at least 24oz - more like 32oz, and you will see your muscle volume go WAY up. Especially if your on the Creatine Mono, Waxymaize, etc. All of those thrive off of water

Thanks for the tip man. The 16 oz is for the mix, I carry an additional gallon of water with me when I go to the gym and usually drink 3/4 or all of it by the end of the workout. So its like 16oz + 3/4-1 gallon of water :D Also I'm getting two guys in my gym on this but I think if I just give them purple in train it would be a lot easier for them rather than mixing all this. Would it be ok to mix those two?



P.S. GG makes you piss like a mother fukker! I drink 1 gallon half way through the day and I go to the bathroom couple of times but when I'm drinking GG...like couple times but for a minute. Also I remembered why I liked this product a lot when I started it. In the mornings you lose 5lbs in 5 seconds and not from peeing.
 
I loved having hot girls in the classroom. It made going to class bearable. Except for class presentations, then hot girls made it twice as nerve racking
 
College was awesome... wow, like a parade of gorgeous women.

I didn't exactly have that luxury. At my college, the girls were ugly in September and fine as hell in December/January!
 
Man this year we have a BUNCH of young new girls in and they are ALL HOT! Like skeet skeet hot...and I get checked out by like 90% of them :D its the hair ;)

Your right on with the GG, it acts as a diuretic in some aspects, and makes you piss a lot. That's also from all the water you drink too though.

I had a digital scale set up and everybody in my gym saw me make it for them and now they want to know what it is and how it works. Oh I can't seem to find how much beta-alanine is in train. Would you know?

I would remove the garlic bread and if you're having PB&J use the Reduced Sugar or Sugar Free versions of jelly... just some tweaks to keep your fat gain and insulin spikes in check! Also, set aside ONE meal per week, as long as you follow the other 6 days perfectly, to have a nice cheat meal, loading up on Slin Sane first of course ;)

I had to work after my workout so I took in a bunch of cottage cheese cause of its casein protein so it would feed me throughout work. I drank more than 2 gallons of water.


Workout:
I really had a good workout but it took forever cause I had to talk to the gym lady about which supplements to carry then I sold one for them to show them how and then I though there employee how to sell. So that took A LONG time but the workout was still great and I had a massive 3/8" pump afterward :D every week that I have worked out for the past 3 weeks my arms have gained 1/8" every week. Last week they had a 1/4" pump which stayed for almost a week but it went down to 1/8" and now is a solid gain :D

One of the old guys in the gym started spotting me so I go do go heavy on DB militry press and I did the 75lbs for 6 reps for 3 sets and 8 reps for one set. Also on 45 deg donkey calf raises I can do 10 plates now :D for 20-30 reps!!!! This is like Prime but like 10 times faster :thumbs up:

Ummm...after the cut I was 178.4 or .6(I think .4) and when I started taking Natadrol I was at 191.4. SO since six days ago 7lbs :shocked: but its been the past two days that my weight has just jumped up ridiculously fast but I think thats because I've been staying up and eating it should go couple of lbs down in a days or two.
