Lucky man, Lucky man....sadly I know exactly how this goes.
BE STRONG MAN!
BE STRONG MAN!
Nah, I'm used to temptations and I can handle them. Most of my friends in this town are smokin' hot females and I even train with one every now and then.Lucky man, Lucky man....sadly I know exactly how this goes.

Oh man that's the worst. She wants you but you have a girl. Ugh man stay strong gohard.
Cheat on your diet not your girl... Wait that's wrong... Cheat on your girl and not your diet tere you go![]()
Nice workout and boy that pic makes me happy to be a rep!![]()
Lol, my friend crapped his pants in the middle of squat 1RM too. 465lbs. He nailed it so it was worth it, lol...Looking good buddy!
Puking during squats is part of being a powerlifter. It happens lol. I actually had a buddy crap his pants in the middle of a 1RM. He let go of the weight so I started ragging on him saying if he was gonna crap his pants might as well lock out the weight!
Those numbers on your last pull day look great!
Yep. I started them right away when I started this PCT.Have you started Thunderbolt yet?
Thanks! Delts and upper back are sore now. Next week I'll probably take a vid of my lat pulldowns on incline bench. Most guys have never seen anyone doing it and I love it - hands down the best exercise for back width IMO.Nice work!!!!!!

I'll go to the gym soon. Triples in squats and some seated good mornings and calf work too. It's possible that I won't report about details until tomorrow because I'll go to visit my training partner tonight. She said that she wants to drink some white wine - so be it then!
I don't recommend to drink alcohol during PCT... Be smarter than me, guys!
Thanks! I think I'll start doing my heaviest sets with knee wraps because they're allowed in my organization so why not... My squats are much more beautiful with knee wraps.Yeah BUDDY!! The numbers just keep climbing!
Nice squatting.
Don't make me neg you for drinking during PCT! lol
True that. And I actually take TUDCA during my PCT protocol too - no other support supps though.Looks good and nothing wrong with a little wine. Everything is not all or nothing... besides your SERM dose is low so nothing should be messing with your liver. A few glasses of wine will not have a negative effects on your recovery.
Yeah... If it still hurts, I may do just some light bench pressing.Hope the back is good to go tomorrow.
True that.Sup3r PCT has a good ingredient profile. especially with the Mucana
I don't even bother to tell what I did... A few sets of paused bench press with 200lbs, lol... That's it.
My arms pained me since the first set. After this "training session" (can't really call it like that) we went to play pool with my training partner. I lost almost every match. It was definitely not my day.
Deadlifts tomorrow if I don't feel too bad.
Sucks bro...maybe a day off can make a difference.
Yeah... My arms have pained me since November. Haven't been able to go past 250lbs on bench press since then and in the last few months I haven't been able to lift more than 200lbs.
I may take 10 days off from the gym starting April 20th when I go abroad.
True that. Those 10 days will serve you well....sucks, but sometimes 2 steps back is 10 forward in the long run.
It's simple - grab the bar and pull. If it feels heavy, pull harder!Impressive numbers, maybe you can teach me how to deadlift =]
(my deadlift is ****en useless)
I'll do my best!Get after it G0Hard! You can do it or give it hell trying!
Hey bodybuilding ain't so bad huh![]()
Yep, that's why I do this kind of "****around" session once per week.Yeah I remember my brother was following the Texas method on TNation which is pretty much just hitting major lifts every other day. Biggest problem for him was he felt like he was missing out on so many muscles groups.
Thanks and I agree. OL is here to stay for a long time!Nice work in here G0!
Stuff like that will skyrocket OL above and beyond competitors.
Nice work Sir and the new plan for the stack sounds great. I have never run M1T but have heard plenty about it.
