Yep, long distance relationships are hard but I hope we'll figure it out. The biggest problem is the fact that she may continue her student exchange until the end of the year. I don't think I could handle that to be honest. In that case I'll ask for a time out.

Today was a busy day even though I had a day off from work and I didn't train.

2 hours of massage in the morning. It had been almost 1.5 months since my last massage and I usually go to massage once in every three weeks. It was painful.

From massage I went to the school. The name of the course is "Life Balance" and we were shared to three smaller groups. I was in the sport group and I kept a presentation about performance enhancing drugs. My presentation took almost 2 hours and trust me - everyone was listening! I didn't talk that regular propaganda bull****, I spoked from my heart. I was surprised that no one asked for a source, lol.

I went from University straight to the gym to yell to my training partners. They did damn good job. I did some stretching to my lower body but didn't train at all. Tomorrow will be rest day too and on Thursday I'll hit deadlifts and rack pulls with a friend from work.

Relaxed with my gym buddy in the evening... Real scandinavian sauna and we played pool for two hours after that. It was good time.

Libido is great by the way and my appetite is awesome too. Despite my poor performance in squat rack last Monday I'm pretty happy with how this PCT (or maybe I should call it a small break because I'll jump back on May 1st) is going.
 
Two rest days are done and I feel great! I trained with a friend who competes in weightlifting. We did all sets right after each other, no extra rests between sets. It took about an hour and I was all sweaty after the training session:

- Deadlift
3x155lbs
3x200lbs
3x255lbs
2 sets of 5 @ 305lbs
2 sets of 3 @ 355lbs
3 sets of 3 @ 385lbs

- Paused bench press
5x45lbs
5x90lbs

- Rack pull from under my knees

Deadlifts were explosive! I'm pretty sure that I could've pulled more than I pulled in my last meet. This seems promising. 24th of next month I'll set new personal bests in my every lift!

Puking during squats is part of being a powerlifter. It happens lol. I actually had a buddy crap his pants in the middle of a 1RM. He let go of the weight so I started ragging on him saying if he was gonna crap his pants might as well lock out the weight!

Those numbers on your last pull day look great!

Lol, my friend crapped his pants in the middle of squat 1RM too. 465lbs. He nailed it so it was worth it, lol...

Weights were really, really easy but I won't go very heavy with this new routine. I don't think I'll go past 430lbs before my next meet but volume will be pretty high. We'll see how it works!

Yep. I started them right away when I started this PCT.

Thunderbolt is friggin' awesome. My pumps are better than they were on cycle, seriously.

Bodybuilding day:

- Close neutral grip cable pulldown on incline bench:
10x55lbs
10x80lbs
5 sets of 10 @ 100lbs
10x110lbs
6x125lbs -> 2 drops

- DB side laterals
6 sets of 7-10, went up to 35's

- Facepull
6 sets of 8 @ 80lbs

- Supersetted cable pulldowns and cable pullovers
2 sets of both

- Cable pushdown
4 sets of 8

Great pump. Training partner was smokin' hot once again so I did some extra work for triceps. She has bigger arms than me though.

Squats tomorrow.

Thanks! Delts and upper back are sore now. Next week I'll probably take a vid of my lat pulldowns on incline bench. Most guys have never seen anyone doing it and I love it - hands down the best exercise for back width IMO.

I'll go to the gym soon. Triples in squats and some seated good mornings and calf work too. It's possible that I won't report about details until tomorrow because I'll go to visit my training partner tonight. She said that she wants to drink some white wine - so be it then!

I don't recommend to drink alcohol during PCT... Be smarter than me, guys!

- Seated good morning
5 sets of 5, I'll go up to 145lbs

- Seated calves
Drop set with assisted reps

It was pretty easy. My strength has not suffered at all!

Thanks! I think I'll start doing my heaviest sets with knee wraps because they're allowed in my organization so why not... My squats are much more beautiful with knee wraps.

Don't neg me, lol! Didn't drink that much, didn't even have hangover. I even did some cardio yesterday. I'm also having hard times with my girl, I just can't f'cking stand this distance. Drinking some white whine seemed to help my nerves a bit.
EatMoar I like it a lot. Never tried KNO3 though so I can't compare. The best pump supplement I tried before Thunderbolt was Millennium Sport Technologies' Nitroceps Elite and I think Thunderbolt is much better - even though Nitroceps was great too.
 
Looks good and nothing wrong with a little wine. Everything is not all or nothing... besides your SERM dose is low so nothing should be messing with your liver. A few glasses of wine will not have a negative effects on your recovery.

True that. And I actually take TUDCA during my PCT protocol too - no other support supps though.

Weight felt easy but something happend during my second rep with 385lbs. I used my back way too much and it started to pain me a bit. I did only light sets of leg press and front squats after that minor incident.


The drive was not the best today because my training partner was angry to me. :D


If my back is OK tomorrow, I'll do some deadlifts.

And I really think that Laxogenin in STR3NGTH works too. My squat hasn't dropped at all.

Yeah... My arms have pained me since November. Haven't been able to go past 250lbs on bench press since then and in the last few months I haven't been able to lift more than 200lbs.

I may take 10 days off from the gym starting April 20th when I go abroad.

This is what I did today... Pretty light session but volume was higher than usually on my deadlift days:

- Deadlift, 2 seconds long pause 2" above knees (this is hard!)
4x155lbs
4x245lbs
4x285lbs
4x305lbs
3 sets of 4 @ 355lbs

- Regular deadlift
2 sets of 3 @ 355lbs
4 sets of 3 @ 385lbs
4x305lbs
4x255lbs

- Clean
Few sets

- DB lunges
5 sets of 5 @ 55's

That was it.

It's simple - grab the bar and pull. If it feels heavy, pull harder!

I think I'll publically announce my goals for my next neet (May 24th):

- Squat 440lbs
- Bench press, doesn't matter as long as I can do it
- Deadlift 530lbs

They may be a bit unrealistic considering the fact that I'll be only about 3.5 weeks in to my cycle but nothing stops me from trying!

- Seated calf raises

It was fun.

I may do two training sessions tomorrow because one smokin' hot fitness competitor asked if I would join her in the morning. I'll probably do paused bench press with her in the morning and some heavy squatting in the evening.
 
Yeah I remember my brother was following the Texas method on TNation which is pretty much just hitting major lifts every other day. Biggest problem for him was he felt like he was missing out on so many muscles groups.

7 sets of 10, went up to 40's

Bench press was easy and painless. Great pump.

Squats in few hours.
 
I won't do another training session today. I just don't have energy for it. Gonna do skwats tomorrow instead.

I just realized that I've trained 5 days in a row... I have only 4 training sessions per week in my routine. How did that happen, lol...

Monday or Tuesday will be rest day. Or maybe both.

I thought about my next cycle and I may tweak it just slightly... Not sure about it though but this is what I'm thinking:

Weeks 1-14 test at 200mg/week
Weeks 1-4 M1T at 7.5/15/15/15 (well, it'll probably be 24 or 25 days)
Weeks 1-? TR3ST at 50/50/75/75/100/100... till I get bored :D
Weeks 9-14 DYMETHAZI9E at 40/40/40/40/40/60

I will be testing different OTC AI's on cycle so that I can tell other members which ones are potent enough for TR3ST. Formestane is definitely strong enough but we'll see how arimistane and 6-bromo do!

Another option is to kickstart it with DYMETHAZI9E and maybe finish it off with Stenadrol but we'll soo what I decide to do.

I haven't ran it either and I thought that I would never run it... But I got an opportunity to try it from a legit UK company (I've had success with them in the past) so I decided to give it a go. It'll be only short burst with it though.

I'll for sure take 500mg of TUDCA daily with it.
