LOG: Olympus Labs STR3NGTH & SUPER PCT in true test!

I haven't ran it either and I thought that I would never run it... But I got an opportunity to try it from a legit UK company (I've had success with them in the past) so I decided to give it a go. It'll be only short burst with it though.

I'll for sure take 500mg of TUDCA daily with it.

Should be money!

Yeah I've heard it. I'll make sure to megadose my support supps, keep water intake high and if needed, I'll up my test to higher than 200mg/week. And TR3ST for sure will help too.

I'll be only 24 days on M1T so it shouldn't be anything a man can't handle.
 
I ran it for 3 weeks and gained 20 lb haha; 5 were water tho.
Hell, if I can gain even 10lbs during those 3.5 weeks I'll be more than happy! I'm not sure if I'll try to fit into 181lbs weight class (haven't tracked my weight at all) or maybe I'll go straight into 198lbs class, even though I'll be severely underweight.
 
I did a real quick workout today:

- Paused bench press
4x45lbs
4x90lbs
4x135lbs
4x155lbs
1x190lbs
4 sets of 4 @ 210lbs
3x220lbs

- Supersetted cable pulldowns on incline bench and cable pullovers
2 sets of 8-10 of both

- DB side laterals
50x15's (rest-pause)

Great pump. It seems that I can start adding weight on bench press again.

3 sets of 4 @ 385lbs

- Rack pull from under my knees
4x315lbs
2 sets of 3 @ 370lbs
3 sets of 4 @ 420lbs
1x440lbs
1x465lbs
1x485lbs

- Clean
Few sets with 165lbs

- DB lunges
5 sets of 5

- Glute ham raise
Few sets

Great workout. Good pump in hamstrings.

EDIT: I received great news today. My job as artistic gymnastics instructor ended last week (there is no artistic gymnastics classes during summer months) and I was stressed as f*ck... Got a new job today. I'm really happy. I even bought a few beers and I may celebrate this tomorrow with my smokin' hot training partner, lol.

3 sets of 3-4 @ 220lbs

- Cable pulldown on incline bench
5 sets of 10, went up to 110lbs

- Cable pushdown
4 sets of 8, went up to 135lbs

- DB side lateral raises
3 sets, heaviest one was 30x20's, did a drop set after that one

- DB rear lateral raises

Good session. Forgot to do calves but that's probably a good thing because I'll squat tomorrow.

I was supposed to do squats today but I can't, I'm way too tired. We celebrated with my smokin' hot training partner last night. I stayed in her place and didn't sleep very well.

She called me out saying that I'm a player. It kind of hurt my feelings.

I may do some cardio later today.
 
I went to the gym in Istanbul.. Couldn't do "powerlifting" kind of training so this was kind of a f*ckaround session:

- Paused bench press, military style (legs in the air)
3x45lbs
3x90lbs
3x135lbs
3x180lbs
1x200lbs
3x230lbs
12x180lbs

- Cable pulldown
2 sets

- DB side laterals
4 sets

- DB rear laterals
4 sets

- Cable pushdown with rope
1 set

- DB SLDL's
2 sets

- Leg extension
8 sets

Equipment was bad and the gym was crowded so I couldn't do what I wanted... But that was better than nothing, I guess.

I kickstarted my next cycle yesterday, lol... Went to local pharmacy and bought some pharmaceutical grade Sustanon and Proviron, so the Sus will have time to kick in before I start my actual cycle. I will use Proviron at 100mg/day for only 10 days, can't bring it with my to my home. I had never tried it so I wanted to know how it feels, lol.
 
Very interesting and how awesome it would be to just go to the pharmacy to pick those up...

Why do you say the Sustanon needs time to kick in? It kicks in pretty quickly with the mix of fast and slow acting esters.

One of my friends had a possible job offering in istanbul. I told him I may take an 8 week vacation to visit him lol.
 
I've only ran UGL's Sus before so of course I can't be sure what esters it actually had... But it needed 3ish weeks for me to kick in, and I'm not frontloading, so...

GHOGH - this is a nice place but there is only few things you can get from pharmacy.. Sus, primobolan, Anapolon (a-bombs), proviron, cabaser, viagra, nolva.. No tren here :(

Shame other stuff isn't....spain used to be a good place for steroids and even belgium, not anymore.

I've never been to Finland, someday maybe....Praque is definitely a beautiful place.

Finland is great if you like nature... Culture and history are not that interesting.

If you like excellent beer and old, beautiful streets, Prague is the place to go... Nightlife is just amazing even though it's not even very big city. It's just something totally different compared to northern Europe.

Got ya, I mean yeah Sus is better for a shot every 2-3 days for the prop and other quick esters but yes the test decanoate takes a LONG time to kick in. Why do you choose Sust over Test E or Test C? It is easier to stay level with 2 injects a week of those than it is with any other form of test unless you wanna pin daily.
 
Got sick... Elevated body temp, runny nose, cough, sore throat... This sucks. I was supposed to hit the gym today but no.

Well, I guess it's better to be sick now than on cycle.

Yeah, been sleeping almost all day... Was awake for 5 hours.We've planned to go to this event tomorrow, to see homeless dogs and other animals... Hopefully I'll feel better by then.

Yeah I'm almost 100% already. I think I could hit the gym tomorrow already but I don't have time for it because I won't be home until 7PM...

This is my last day in Istanbul and I realized that I have 10x25mg of Proviron left. I think I'll take them all today. It's interesting to see how 250mg of it effects my libido.

I thought about my next cycle and I may tweak it just slightly... Not sure about it though but this is what I'm thinking:

Weeks 1-14 test at 200mg/week
Weeks 1-4 M1T at 7.5/15/15/15 (well, it'll probably be 24 or 25 days)
Weeks 1-? TR3ST at 50/50/75/75/100/100... till I get bored :D
Weeks 9-14 DYMETHAZI9E at 40/40/40/40/40/60

I will be testing different OTC AI's on cycle so that I can tell other members which ones are potent enough for TR3ST. Formestane is definitely strong enough but we'll see how arimistane and 6-bromo do!

Another option is to kickstart it with DYMETHAZI9E and maybe finish it off with Stenadrol but we'll soo what I decide to do.
