Big squat day. I’m gonna call this a PR as I hit perfect depth and never broke form. Minimal accessory work after and called it. I’m ecstatic about my progress. Shout out to the homie @ZOO, I did a half scoop juice daddy with a full scoop daft pump pwo. This is the **** right here.

Happy with today’s training. I’d really like to hit a 275lb military one day though anything beyond 225 gets super heavy. Respect to those that make it look effortless. I’ve dropped the DMZ as I was feeling like straight trash. I’ll run out the epi/tren for another month. People have asked if I’ve lost weight but I’m holding tight at 210lb so that’s a positive.

Bet money you’re likely leaning out and recomping. It’s always so hard for me to eat enough on DMZ; day 6 and appetite disappears but the nutrient repartitioning is crazy on it.
 
Probably good that you dropped one of the orals. Especially so since you were feeling toxic-like effects.

Shakes & trash, my usual.

The best thing you can do from a health perspective, if you are adding fats would be olive and avocado oils in/on meals & shakes. They don’t effect digestion speed much at all and are very good for your heart.

Adding carbs, focusing on white rice & bagels, but after that you’re basically looking at sugar. Honey & drinking those organic fruit juice blends like Bolthouse with meals you can’t handle more rice are probably the healthiest moves, but after a point it’s all sugar so finding what you tolerate and find most palatable is the name of the game when struggling to consume enough. You want to totally avoid fiber & stick to processed. Rice Chex or Krispies cereal can essentially be drank once it’s soaked in milk or protein shakes. And of course there’s always carb powders that can be added to your water.

Hyper-palatable food like pizzas & fast foods & ice cream can be important finishers when you are totally devoid of interest eating, but when you are at the point even a pint of Ben & Jerry’s is genuine work. I remember sitting looking at that unfinished tub knowing it’s why I can’t go to sleep yet, and what’s standing in my way of reaching a new lifetime best.

It’s funny because I don’t drink shakes at all anymore. I basically just force feed myself. However, up until the other day I’ve had no trouble eating. Cut out the DMZ and I’m fine. With that being said, anyone that’s looking I have an unopened bottle of PRE DMZ… the one I’ve been taking is an old bottle of Pure Oils 25mg each cap

Been feeling like trash lately so I started pct today. I just can’t get enough food in and I’m constantly nauseous. Could be something else going on but i decided to end this run early. Just wanna get back to training hard and eating a lot haha.

Your body was stressed pretty hard with rona and orals; pretty understandable that you needed some time off brother.
 
Sometimes you just need to grind your ass into the couch grooves for a few and spend some extra family time. Part of the journey. It’s healthy as long as it remains a pit stop and not the end of the road
 
Really happy with how today went. Opted not to touch the power bar at all and shoot for 8-10 reps with dumbbells. Had to test the 100s with the triple ply. Got to 6 and my grip started to get off balanced. Just a reminder I built my prostyles with a fat grip so with the knurl they’re like mini power bars in your hands. I used my globe yorks for 50s and they felt so weird in my hands. Had a lot of fun with todays workout.

Was gonna train legs today but it looks like I’ll be sitting at the shop, instead. Wife got a flat. I shoveled the area of the block. Got the donut on. Started driving to the tire place and the spare went. So tow truck time. F$ck me

I actually look at it as good luck. I was mad at the way I spent my day off however,
- my wife wasn’t behind the wheel
- I’m financially stable enough to fix these things
- I wasn’t on the highway
- no one was hurt
- the car is fine

Real happy with todays workout. I’m getting away from 5/3/1 for a bit and programming what feels right. Going for the 6-8 rep range. Did triples of 315, which were flying up. Even after a little break I’m still feeling strong out of the hole. Kept it lighter because I tweaked something in my lower back shoveling snow.

Yes as well as chest supported db rows. Supposed to have a better ROM as well. Got ‘em off eBay for $40. I’ve been following Antoinne Valliant forever and he loves them so why not.

So life has been getting in the way of training a little but that’s ok. I was able to really take my time this morning with my favorite muscle…shoulder day! 3 plates on the press behind the neck was brutal. Tried out these hooks for shrugs and they just feel right. Maybe not necessary but what really is. I’m gonna row with them on the next training day, which might be tomorrow depending on how much sleep I get tonight. Bartending all weekend.

Feeling really strong today. Benching was going great until I banged the j-cups on my final set. Incline db was going to be 3 sets of 8, that’s how I picked the weight, 85s just went up so effortlessly. I made the jump to 100s thinking I get 4-6, once they were in the air I knew I had 8-10.

Used the power bar today. Plan was to hit 6’s with an amrap on my final set. I added another set in my head once I got to 225. Im really proud of myself for this one.
