So true and a lesson hard learned. It’s so tempting to drop all of that good gear down the hatch though XDMy thoughts exactly. More is not better.
Bet money you’re likely leaning out and recomping. It’s always so hard for me to eat enough on DMZ; day 6 and appetite disappears but the nutrient repartitioning is crazy on it.

The best thing you can do from a health perspective, if you are adding fats would be olive and avocado oils in/on meals & shakes. They don’t effect digestion speed much at all and are very good for your heart.
Adding carbs, focusing on white rice & bagels, but after that you’re basically looking at sugar. Honey & drinking those organic fruit juice blends like Bolthouse with meals you can’t handle more rice are probably the healthiest moves, but after a point it’s all sugar so finding what you tolerate and find most palatable is the name of the game when struggling to consume enough. You want to totally avoid fiber & stick to processed. Rice Chex or Krispies cereal can essentially be drank once it’s soaked in milk or protein shakes. And of course there’s always carb powders that can be added to your water.
Hyper-palatable food like pizzas & fast foods & ice cream can be important finishers when you are totally devoid of interest eating, but when you are at the point even a pint of Ben & Jerry’s is genuine work. I remember sitting looking at that unfinished tub knowing it’s why I can’t go to sleep yet, and what’s standing in my way of reaching a new lifetime best.

Yes as well as chest supported db rows. Supposed to have a better ROM as well. Got ‘em off eBay for $40. I’ve been following Antoinne Valliant forever and he loves them so why not.
