Log...it’s better than bad it’s good

As much as I don’t wanna do this I think I may need to stop this blast. I just can’t get back to feeling 100%. I’m only about a week in so I may just pause it for a week and pick back up. Philly is getting beat up with this variant. Businesses keep closing around me and it’s inevitable that people are going to keep getting sick. Working around 100’s of people a day makes it hard for me to get better. This is the plan at the moment unless I miraculously spring to life haha.

It’s sucks man but it’s a necessary evil. I was a month in to my trest/SuperDrol blast when covid appeared for the first time in our lives and had to pull the plug. Longevity
 
So my restaurant closed for a week along with most restaurants in Philly. I got some time now to recover at home and come back stronger than ever!

Is this overkill? Granted I do some rearranging and have the space. Just looks like such a fun piece for back. I was look into a chest supported row machine but this could utilize my plethora of bars and has band pegs. I’m sick so this is all I have right now as I can’t train.

I don’t think it’s overkill at all. If I had the space I’d get one. Like you said, you’d get a lot of different angles with your bar collection. Great for rear delts too.
 
I would pass. You can usually find a way to band a regular plate-loaded CSR if you really want to.

Yea the footprint just doesn’t make sense in my space. Also, this is what happens when I can’t train, hence why I didn’t pull the trigger.
 
I think the Rona is finally going away. Gonna relax this weekend and carb up. Monday will be a push day. Gonna take this week to get back in the swing then restart my blast. Just ordered the chest supported tbar so I’ll have to do some rearranging of equipment. Might even sell some stuff off too. Merry Christmas everyone!

Just resubbed this thread. Sorry to hear you got sick brother! That always sucks, especially when your blasting! What compounds are you gonna take this go around? (Too lazy to go back and read entire thread).

35% of the shamrock warehouse and drivers are out sick in CO. No trucks, no foods, no deliveries for the next week. Great timing.

Fun bench day. I didn’t have the 3rd rep for 300 so I racked at 2. Otherwise everything was going up much easier. Took 600mg epiandro and 6mg bola with a cup of coffee about 30min before warmup. By the time 225 came around I was in the zone.

Great shoulder workout this morning. Hit 235 for a triple on military. I was going to end with 225 but 205 went up like 185. Thanks to @ZOO and the new Juice Daddy I had plenty of gas to keep pushing.
