It’s sucks man but it’s a necessary evil. I was a month in to my trest/SuperDrol blast when covid appeared for the first time in our lives and had to pull the plug. Longevity
 
So my restaurant closed for a week along with most restaurants in Philly. I got some time now to recover at home and come back stronger than ever!

Is this overkill? Granted I do some rearranging and have the space. Just looks like such a fun piece for back. I was look into a chest supported row machine but this could utilize my plethora of bars and has band pegs. I’m sick so this is all I have right now as I can’t train.

I don’t think it’s overkill at all. If I had the space I’d get one. Like you said, you’d get a lot of different angles with your bar collection. Great for rear delts too.

Yea the footprint just doesn’t make sense in my space. Also, this is what happens when I can’t train, hence why I didn’t pull the trigger.
 
I think the Rona is finally going away. Gonna relax this weekend and carb up. Monday will be a push day. Gonna take this week to get back in the swing then restart my blast. Just ordered the chest supported tbar so I’ll have to do some rearranging of equipment. Might even sell some stuff off too. Merry Christmas everyone!

Just resubbed this thread. Sorry to hear you got sick brother! That always sucks, especially when your blasting! What compounds are you gonna take this go around? (Too lazy to go back and read entire thread).
 
Chest supported tbar arrived! I’m just really busy at work this week and don’t have time to put it together. We’re way understaffed due to Covid. Next week everything slows down so I’ll be back to a normal training split. Hope you all have a happy new year!!!

35% of the shamrock warehouse and drivers are out sick in CO. No trucks, no foods, no deliveries for the next week. Great timing.
 
So glad you’re feeling better and back at it.

Man, i would have jumped on all that commercial gym stuff and just built a new shed around it. I think he was missing some zeros.

It was a shoulder day but new equipment can’t go ignored. Time to grow. Blast starts again tomorrow. I love the tbar. It has many uses. Built like a tank. Fairly easy to assemble. Not a huge footprint.

Fun bench day. I didn’t have the 3rd rep for 300 so I racked at 2. Otherwise everything was going up much easier. Took 600mg epiandro and 6mg bola with a cup of coffee about 30min before warmup. By the time 225 came around I was in the zone.
