4 years ago I went from 360-195 in 11 months. High Protein/Very low carb ... didnt pay alot of attention to fat as it was either shakes or lean meat i was eating. Only problem now is loose skin which is frustrating.

Thanks for joining. Yeap I love any ephedra based fat burner, I've got a few favorites.. My go to cut stack is erase, ephedra of choice, oxy elite, diuretic. Where is your lose skin, I've definitely got it too.. Gotta build up the abs it'll make a world of difference

Maybe do one cardio day in the middle n keep cals relatively low. This will reset your body n lower your cortisol n when u start back up the lbs will fly off again. Are you using any weight loss support yet?? I've tried most everything out there lol

Sat (last day I took 2 erase) I will stick with 2 for another week to see if the libido returns...

The fact that you are eating less while at school could in fact be part of the equation as I always found when i was super low carb - libido is gone.

I dosed 4 caps back in December bc I was cutting for a cruise. Definitely worked and still little to no joint pain, however libido was about the same level as at 3 caps, everything still worked tho.. It was weird bc some days wed go 2-3 times and then nothing for a day or two.
