Exercise:
Sleep - 2am -9 am, nap noon-2, 7/10 quality
Mood/Aggression- relaxed, upbeat for once lol
Energy- decent 7/10
Mental Focus and Clarity- good 9/10
Stress- high just lots to keep track of with school , planning trip to Boston for the st patty weekend, money issues
Immune System- n/a
Libido- 2 thumbs up from me n my gf

Joints- knee hurt today, did some limping after but was able to get thru workout with no pain/interruptions
Endurance- good, powered thru long routine and even forgot my pwo dose of tyrosine
Strength- great! 10/10 did 15warmup then 7/53/3/5/7 for deads and picked up right where I left off months ago on this scheme! Felt good to go heavy on these, also went very heavy for bis n tris!
Pump &Vascularity- full, veiny, nice
Quality of Training- great 10/10!
Recovery- no particular soreness yet, general fatigue for sure.
Notes- great workout for strength, pump, fullness. Good abs burn today, hit some pr's on bi n tri lifts. Just cardio tomorrow. This coming weekend is prob gonna set me back for strength/size.. I hope not, but I cannot eat and drink alcohol together, I puke. So I will be sure to drink lots of Aminos n use fruit juice mixers for carb sources to prevent catabolism while drinking all day sat.. Haven't drank since new years eve soo hopefully I can hang up in Boston lol. Moving to 3 erase Friday which will help combat increase in cortisol from drinking and low nutrients. Sunday following the binge drinking I will have a carb up n cheat day, Recover then hit it hard all week while on spring break
