LOG: Athletix+PES Lean Bulk!

Hopefully. I'm sure it will. Another reason for upping to 3 erase the day before st patties is that I am going to Boston to visit friends for the day/night. I rarely drink anymore (used to drink stupid amounts n not even get sick) but I know alcohol raises cortisol and estrogen. So hopefully the fresh addition of another capsule will help ease the drinking. Not even gonna be drinking "smart" ... Baileys, guinness , car bombs, etc.. Gonna be interesting .

Sleepless update. Doms is hardcore in my legs right now. Hip flexors/ glutes very tight.. Haven't foam rolled in About a month, defff gonna do thst tomorrow after low intensity cardio. Thinking of trying a different format:
5 minute jog @ 7-7.5mph
Alternated with
5 minute incline walk @ level 15, 4.5 mph
I want to get my lungs back. Even if I don't do thst the full 35 mins on tread, I'll definitely try it for 2-3 circuits before just walking. Then ellipt.

I'm so ready for my cheat meal!

Libido feels up a bit currently. Interesting..
 
I like the foam roller, just can't use it on my back or I can't do anything with it for a few days lol.

Dude I need some Serious sleeping aids. 5 am eastern time. Fml. This is y I'm not growing. Im taking one too.. I get tired but don't fall asleep.

I usually only roll my quads n hams n glutes , cakes.

Yeah it's 5am here too, I've been the same lately, can't seem to go to sleep before 6am for the last few weeks. Im going to watch some Tv and try to get that sleepy feeling lol. Fingers crossed I hit the hay before 7 lol.

Cheda...if it fits your schedule some steady pace cardio post workout might work for you.

I'm logging AIs 3z right now. Check it out. Working very well for me. I also like Need2sleep. I always keep it around just in case. I am not a good sleeper at all. Lol
 
I do a little post workout. My mainfocus is staying lean year round. So I do my cardio while I'm fresh. It also feels good to be nice n loose n sweaty once I hit the weights.

Same as you, i typically hop out of bed and go for a fasted run, then get a little something in me, and hit the weights.. Although I have always read that cardio after weights put you in the fat burning zone quicker. But the fasted cardio seems to work better for me...

I logged 3z upon release. Was good for a month, then month 2 ineffective

Yea. I lift fasted too right after cardio n keep a fast pace, rest Is a minute or less between sets. Between cardio weight n abs I'm thre 2-2.5 hours on lift days. Cardio days just an hour.

Yeah I've tried it before, not fun for me doing weights when my body was already in a state fo shock the same day lol.
 
Bout to hit up the low intensity cardio but thinking I'll do some hiit on elliptical following 35 mins on treadmill. gonna jog n walk incline (alternating 5 mins) for 35 mins. I reall wanna deplete before this cheat. Belly fat/water is still the sAme.. More than I'd like but chest and other areas are growing and leaning. Snapped some pics just now will post up after the session. Definite gains n increasedfullness from weekend shots with the added sets!

Haha yes tough choices I tried The 1mr before my max testing for football soph year in college.. It almost gave me a heart attack and im super tolerant to stims... I'd use half the packet.
 
I have been eyeing that one for a while. Im on craze which to me is poweder meth its that strong. I'll probally try that one out frist!

Your log will help me dose the Prometheus I have sitting and waiting. Looking to use it with Erase Pro in 4 weeks or maybe with Licogenix.
I also looked up IF and I think I am going to try it. (modified to 16 hours)

My IF is usually: break fast at 7pm, feed until 10pm. Bed at 2-3am, Sleep until 9 am. Nap from 12-3. Aminos, lift, break fast 7pm, etc


All sorts of fcked up lol!

Day 7 march 8th 2012

Supps:

1 d1 4 hours later

Exercise: 36 minutes treadmill alternating 7.5-8.0mph jog for 5 minutes with level 15 4.5mph incline walk for 5 minutes for 556 calories followed by 16min hiit on elliptical at 15sec rest:45 second work for 215 calories. Total 52m 771 cals

Sleep - 5am to 1130am- awful quality yet felt rested when woke up.. No naps either
Mood/Aggression- no comment, that bad
Energy- surprisingly good
Mental Focus and Clarity- sharp, concise, definitive
Stress- see mood/aggression "women, can't live with em, can't kill em"
Immune System- n/a
Libido- average
Joints- cracking like mofos but no pain, sliiiight knee twinge while running, will monitor, hip flexors (not a joint I know), very tight
Endurance- not too bad, cRdio was definitely hard core today and not low intensity by any means lol
Strength- n/a
Pump&vascularity- pump was good after and during run, vascularity was poor due to carb depleting. JUST had cheat meal and my veins look like roadmaps in my arms
Quality of Training-solid, tough, draining, loved it
Recovery- felt the hams during cArdio big time, shoulders and arms Not as tight as I'd like. Glutes super sore from bb lunges yesterday

Notes- had Wood again in AM, hands/knuckles very sore, despite lack of sleep very rested- I attribute this to erase as I have had similar exp. In past with lack of sleep and solid energy. My chest n back feel all healed up and ready to go for tomorrow. cArdio will be important tom following tonight's cheat meal which was huuuge but still overall 9/10 healthy. forearms/legs were burning at times during the day (carb deplete). Really need to get my deadlift up, lower back and hams feel weaker than I'd like, and dl really helps my posture and keeping me walking upright and confident. No work tomorrow night so I will get a nice solid unstressed workout in followed by immediate post wo meal for great recovery.

Only been on d1, titanium and Prometheus 7 days, but been on erase for exactly 14 days, this is The sweet spot IMO for results to begin really ramping up n when daily changes in the mirror will take place. You can see a huge difference in 14 days below. With the addition of test boosting from athletix and Prometheus to fill me out and stimulate lbm.


Below are some pics from today. Everything looks fuller to me. Scale is down though :/ it's lowest it's been on as long as I can remember yet my belly is STILL pretty fat/water.. Back muscles very dense and full.

Weight up to 159 after cheat, on scale of 1-10, bloat from cheat is a 1... Little to none! Very happy as it is usually hit or miss. Had a slice of my little brothers bday cake with it haha which I rarely eat stuff like that, I love the frosting. Everything else was nutritious and non processed wholesome foods. Off to gym, wellrested and ready to go!

Day 8 Friday march 9, 2012

Exercise: fullbody lift plus cardio/abs

Sleep - 3am to 4pm word!
Mood/Aggression- average nothing crazy
Energy- very good
Mental Focus and Clarity- very good (but forgot to hit calves and glute machine!) it's ok bc my glutes and calves r sore from deadlofts and all the running I do, hit calves Monday also
Stress- super high as usual
Immune System- n/a gf is sick so will monitor she better Not infect me
Libido- good but see above lol, getting consistent wood and sex dreams..
Joints- hands consistently swollen n sore in morning
Endurance- very good today, powered thru lift with great pace and purpose and Intensity
Strength- increases across the board, deadlift felt strong too
Pump- very good for chest arms back traps, delts lagging! Ugh!
Vascularity- great following the cheat the night before..
Quality of Training- not quite perfect due to missing lifts, but 9/10 didn't do post cardio either bc I wasnt feeling bloated or soft, didn't wanna ruin pumps and affect recovery so just left and hit aminos and huge dinner
Recovery- no soreness yet bc I really haven't eaten as much as i wanted but that will change
Notes- overall great bodybuilding day except for food intake (kinda important) but all the major categories felt great, strength, endurance, motivation, focus.. Ended the week on a solid note... Trying out a new ab workout, it's a 4 week cycle, kinda lower volume/intensity than I'm used to, focusing on the bread n butter movements as opposed to "sectioning" the abs. Not 100% thrilled w it but sticking to it bc I reached the ceiling on intensity so I need to back off or there will be no room for improving for summer.

Stress- very high, lots of errands, long night at work n lots of homework
Immune System- so far so good even tho gf has flu, keeping her away lol
Libido- avg, not huge, not awful
Joints- good
Endurance- n/a
Strength-n/a
Pump&Vascularity- very full due to less cardio this week and good eating
Quality of Training- n/a

Recovery- back is super swole pumped nfull
Notes- switches up some exercises on Friday n really felt the shock by means of soreness today n yesterday. Back looks very nice, arms n delt beginning to come along.. Ready for another week before spring break when I can go back to my carb backloading for a week which will realllly put some quality weight on me .. This will be another lower carb week with no cheat meal but lots of drinking on st pattys!
 
Off to take cAre of chest back rear delts traps abs and cardio, oh my (it's not that much) decided to move legs to their own day bc it was takingtoo long and hindering recovery of lagging muscles. So I'll be lifting 4x aweek this week.. Next week willgo backto three since it's break n won't matter if I spend extra time in gym on lifting days.. Plus the cArb back loading will help recovery. I will still do glutes and abductors on Fridays bc my school gym does not have the equipment, my gym at home does.

I can't wait to be done with this split.. I'm growing slowly, but don't feel full and hard like usual, NOT supplement related. Unfortunately, it was necessary to do this split right now bc I needed a 3 day split. It alao answered many questions I had regarding 3 day splits and if they would work for me..

Sleep - 1am to 9 am, nap noon-2:30- sleep was bad, sweaty, tossing turning, nap was better as always
Mood/Aggression- annoyed, kept to myself
Energy- not bad 7/10
Mental Focus and Clarity- great
Stress- high
Immune System- n/a
Libido- avg 7/10
Joints- fine
Endurance- very good, cardio was a breeze
Strength- pretty good 9/10
Pump &Vascularity- very good 10/10
Quality of Training- very good 10/10
Recovery- no soreness, very restless / nighttime anxiety currently

Notes- solid training day. I know I am holding water due to 13 days on daa.. Even with erase. anxious to see if this changes when I up to 3 erase on sat. Muscles were very full n pumped during and after training, still too. Noticed increase in body odor (I'm not normally smelly lol) n extreme appetite increases. Looking and feeling bigger in upper body with waist statyng the same! Decided to just stick to the usual split so did quads today with chest back reardelts n traps n abs. I did legs last bc I had planned on bot doing them today, but I finished w energy n motivation so I banged em out. Looking forward to the serioussss doms I had last Tuesday for tomorrow n no workout, all recovery Tuesday!
 
Wasn't gonna exercise today but it's too warm, im all thermo n sweaty right now and so Manu ppl r running around campus. Gotta do it before dinner! My legs r gonna hate me tomorrow especially since im deadlofting and doing hams... We have a hill it's prob a 25 degree incline that is about a quarter mile long. No one can run the whole thing withoutstopping. I'm gonna show these chimps what's up with athletix and PES!!

If it was cold out like it should be right now in CT I wouldn't e doing this.. Fcking global warming screwing up my shot at getting big!

I actually got the whole thing lol I was shocked.. My endurance and fitness at this point last year was NO where close to right now.. I was also about 170 at this time last year... Never put on that winter weight, kinda wanted to but now I'm glad I didn't! But about 30 minutes in, my hip flexors and piriformis really started to tighten on me (old squatting / football Injury) which is why I don't squat, n I can't bench over 135 with my shoulder tendonitis flaring up (too Many dislocations lol) idk how those NFL guys do it.. O wait, it's called hgh... Great run tho, so glad I did it.
 
I hear ya on injuries, I've been dealing with a lower back and knee injury for over a year now, it has really got in the way of everything I've wanted to do:( injuries suck!!!

Sleep - poor, 5 am to noon. Couldn't fall asleep at all, watches friends marathon all night hah

Stress- normal high
Immune System- n/a
Libido- slightly elevated
Joints- n/a however see notes
Endurance- surprisingly good
Strength-n/a
Pump &Vascularity- full and vascular 8/10
Quality of Training- awesome
Recovery- not bad
Notes- recovery from yesterdays lift took a hit due to 40 minutes of hills and running, but muscular fullness was noticable all day as well as a constant mild swear and thermogensis.. 2d day in a row sonwill monitor. Hip flexors and piriformis muscle really sore towards minute 30 of run but finishes strong.. Appetite and food consumption is still high.. Retaining some belly water but not too bad considering higher carb intake ! Onto tomorow. 2 days left until increasing to 3 erase.
 
Slight knee twinges n pain, wouldn't call it dryness as much as a random injury, but who knows.. Deading and hams+shoulders/arms/abs/cardio.. Feel fairly rested so hopefully this is another great workout like Monday.

Stress- high just lots to keep track of with school , planning trip to Boston for the st patty weekend, money issues
Immune System- n/a
Libido- 2 thumbs up from me n my gf :)
Joints- knee hurt today, did some limping after but was able to get thru workout with no pain/interruptions
Endurance- good, powered thru long routine and even forgot my pwo dose of tyrosine
Strength- great! 10/10 did 15warmup then 7/53/3/5/7 for deads and picked up right where I left off months ago on this scheme! Felt good to go heavy on these, also went very heavy for bis n tris!
Pump &Vascularity- full, veiny, nice
Quality of Training- great 10/10!
Recovery- no particular soreness yet, general fatigue for sure.

Notes- great workout for strength, pump, fullness. Good abs burn today, hit some pr's on bi n tri lifts. Just cardio tomorrow. This coming weekend is prob gonna set me back for strength/size.. I hope not, but I cannot eat and drink alcohol together, I puke. So I will be sure to drink lots of Aminos n use fruit juice mixers for carb sources to prevent catabolism while drinking all day sat.. Haven't drank since new years eve soo hopefully I can hang up in Boston lol. Moving to 3 erase Friday which will help combat increase in cortisol from drinking and low nutrients. Sunday following the binge drinking I will have a carb up n cheat day, Recover then hit it hard all week while on spring break :)

Yea I really felt today was my best workout since starting the stack and I feel as Lean as can be aside from the water. If I was on a diuretic or not on daa, I would definitely be a lot harder looking. But prometheus is doing exactly what it's supposed to with strength n pumps. Titanium and division are ramping up libido n erase is keeping everything tight n clean while eating higher carbs n doing less cardio than normal! My cheat meals r not causing any spill over either- a super plus.
 
Oof! Feeling like garbage today.. Serious fatigue, headache, n light headedness.. I'm thinking allergies bc I get awful spring allergies n I slept w my window open last night n had that run on Tuesday night... Lots of time outdoors this week.. Hopefully it subsides, today is just cardio. Body comp Is still on point this morning n woke up with nice muscle fullness. Had amazing sex last night too like my gf couldn't stop talking about it all morning... Thanks athletix! Lol
