Workout:
Today is supposed to be just low intensity cardio, but a funeral, wake, snowstorm, and stomach bug threw me off this week, so I will be doing a full leg workout, abs, and low intensity cardio. Program is supposed to lift m, w, f. Tomorrow will return to normal schedule.
Pre workout cardio-17minutes 272cals
Reverse bb lunges- 4 sets 12 reps (6 each leg)
Triset with: bodyweight bosu ball squats + 25 jumping jacks (I can't jump rope) no rest between circuit
Leg extensions/curls superset- 3 sets 12-15 increasing weight each set. No rest between circuit
Sumo db squat on 2 benches- 3 sets 15 @70 lbs. 45 seconds rest
Single leg press- 3 sets 15@ 2 plates each side no rest (alternating legs=minimal rest)
Single leg curls- 3x15 no rest alternating legs
Single leg ext- 3x15 no rest alternating legs
Abs:
Rope cable crunch-3x20 heavy weight (30 sec rest)
Overhead db side bends -3x12 med. Weight (no rest alternating sides)

Sleep - 10 hours broken sleep as always, multiple bathroom trips
Mood/Aggression- I'm usually a pissy person lol but today was a lot worse bc of fighting w gf
Energy- poor, bad sleep plus lingering stomach issues
Mental Focus and Clarity- focus and clarity was good, but energy levels made it harder than usual to bust thru my workout as powerful as I would have liked. I never like feeling like stopping and today I felt thst way, but I definitely didn't
Stress- high as usual
Immune System- lingering stomach issues but later on in the night they were gone
Libido- poor as usual, felt a few surprise tingles though

Joints- fine righ now, noticed some elbow tendonitis earlier in the week while on just erase.. Since adding prometheus, this has gone away. Upping to 3 caps erase on sat an will monitor
Endurance- not as good as usual. Lower volume wo's have dropped my endurance level, however I cant go 100mph year round, when it's time to cut, there will be no room to increase intensity!
Strength- decent 8 out of 10
Pump- only legs today so not much to mention, calves looked really defined as usual (genetics)
Vascularity- n/a nothing to note
Quality of Training- good 8 out of 10, great sweat, legs felt fried after

Recovery - still sore from wednesdays 10x10 / 8x8 extravaganza !
Notes- will be addingthe division tomorrow (Friday). Looking forward to getting a few days in on everything for full affects. Tomorrow I'm supposed to deadlift. But after the mess of a schedule this week, legs today and stiff leg deads on wed. It would be counterproductive to deadlift on Friday, so instead I will do rack pulls (never done before) to hit lower back instead of full range deads from floor (legs) and will also do some hypers to pump lower back. Supposed to work Friday after gym. I'm asking to bs taken off Friday nights and switched to sats.. It is not good to hot the gym so hard then be on my feet waiting tables for 6 hours straight with just aminos and a protein shake...
