LOG: Athletix+PES Lean Bulk!

F that. I can diet for as long as I need. I don't need to be running to the toilet 10 times a day n burping up food from 4 hours ago. Everything makes me nauseous n goes right thru me. I barely ate today n have been up since 7 am on 4 hours sleep. Surprisingly I have some soreness from Monday's lift. The forecast doesn't look good in terms of my school gym being open tomorrow, but if it is I am gonna lift.. Doubt I'll do cardio which is huge for me (unless I run I feel like my workout is worthless)

My douche bag endocrinologist said I am fine. He's a loser, my test is JUST above the minimum for normal at 473. (on daa and erase and primal male!) When I was 18 I believe it wa in the 700s. I'm gonna call my pediatricians office tomorrow n get those results from 5 years ago to compare. I told him about always being cold n my hands n toes going numb n he was like yea idk what that is but I ccant help you. Sweet! A$$.

Mm how long you been on the erase, daa primal stack? it might be too early for it to actually raise test levels yet. Maybe that base of 400plus is your normal test which then means you're fine.
I have actually tested bloods when i ran triazole and 2 weeks in at 3 caps only and triazole only i was near 800ng/d.. I did felt the test but the bloods confirmed the raise so is a legit product. My est was also tested and it was surprisingly at around 23 or so where the high was like 60 or so which means estrogen was kept healthy not low nor high but test was high, and that was 2 weeks in. I wonder what it would be near week 3 and 4 cause i felt the effects the most from the product here but did not test bloods at week 4 or after.

I think DAA raises 40 percent in 12 days so like i said it might be kinda early.

School gym closed today. Gonna do a workout with 35 lbs db's and a pullups bar that fits in door.. Shoulders, arms, single leg deads, (biceps includes some under hand chin work so good thing my room Mate has thst bar.

For best effects I'd take 2 caps before your first me and your last 2 caps 12 hours later, if you can get it around the 10-12 hours after mark that would be best.

If it's easier you could try taking 1 cap 4x a day and have 1 dose before your workout.

Well I follow lg/if so my first meal is usually around this time of night (6:30) and last intake is around 10 (shake+ Greek yogurt usually) I'm rArely awake for 12 hours a day lol

@ jd or athletix. Do you guys use a high standard lclt? for some reason i felt the lclt worked better from the titanium than the bulk lclt from nutra i bought and i was dosing that at 3g a day. Yet titanium at 4 caps seemed to enhance the effects of my triazole run tenfold. What is your secret?

I remember the boss telling me they used very high quality LCLT, I agree for some odd reason I get much better effects with Formula-X and TitaniumXL LCLT than just taking some DAA/Fenugreek with bulk LCLT.
 
Stupid snow "storm" closed my school and school gym. My home commercial gym is 45 mins away so I couldn't drive there and back. Today was supposed to be hams, bis tris and shoulders with cardio and abs.
My room mate has 30 lb db's so I used them to do the following. It was hilarious bc I cranked the heat in my room and wore thermals and a snow hat n broke a monster sweat!

Straight leg Deads with 2 db- 10 sets 10 (30 secs rest)
Db shoulder presses- 8 sets 8 (30 secs rest)
Db upright rows- 8x8 10 (30 secs rest)
Rear delt raises-8x8 (30 secs rest)
Cg db press On floor- 8x8 (15 secs rest)
Oh db ext- 8x8 (15 secs rest)
Dips on a chair 10x10 15 secs rest)
Pullups on a door..... Lol 10x4 n then my hands got cut.. 30 secs rest) plus static hangs
Db curls 5 sets 10- 1 minute rest
Db hammer curls 5x10 1 min rest
Cg pushups 2x25 15 seconds rest
Db wrist curls/rev wrist curls 3x50

I did not get to do abs or cardio or hams. I also missed quads on Monday due to time constraints and getting to a wake on time. So tomorrow I will do full legs and low intensity cardio along with abs. I will move Fridays ab work to saturday. All in all it turned out well considering how hectic the past 3 days have been.

Tomorrow I will start the titanium. D1 not arrived yet. I also started Prometheus rising today. This will all be listed all pretty tomorrow and will start logging daily attributes:

Today is supposed to be just low intensity cardio, but a funeral, wake, snowstorm, and stomach bug threw me off this week, so I will be doing a full leg workout, abs, and low intensity cardio. Program is supposed to lift m, w, f. Tomorrow will return to normal schedule.

Pre workout cardio-17minutes 272cals

Reverse bb lunges- 4 sets 12 reps (6 each leg)
Triset with: bodyweight bosu ball squats + 25 jumping jacks (I can't jump rope) no rest between circuit

Leg extensions/curls superset- 3 sets 12-15 increasing weight each set. No rest between circuit

Sumo db squat on 2 benches- 3 sets 15 @70 lbs. 45 seconds rest

Single leg press- 3 sets 15@ 2 plates each side no rest (alternating legs=minimal rest)

Mental Focus and Clarity- focus and clarity was good, but energy levels made it harder than usual to bust thru my workout as powerful as I would have liked. I never like feeling like stopping and today I felt thst way, but I definitely didn't
Stress- high as usual
Immune System- lingering stomach issues but later on in the night they were gone
Libido- poor as usual, felt a few surprise tingles though ;) lol
Joints- fine righ now, noticed some elbow tendonitis earlier in the week while on just erase.. Since adding prometheus, this has gone away. Upping to 3 caps erase on sat an will monitor
Endurance- not as good as usual. Lower volume wo's have dropped my endurance level, however I cant go 100mph year round, when it's time to cut, there will be no room to increase intensity!
Strength- decent 8 out of 10
Pump- only legs today so not much to mention, calves looked really defined as usual (genetics)
Vascularity- n/a nothing to note
Quality of Training- good 8 out of 10, great sweat, legs felt fried after :)
Recovery - still sore from wednesdays 10x10 / 8x8 extravaganza !
Notes- will be addingthe division tomorrow (Friday). Looking forward to getting a few days in on everything for full affects. Tomorrow I'm supposed to deadlift. But after the mess of a schedule this week, legs today and stiff leg deads on wed. It would be counterproductive to deadlift on Friday, so instead I will do rack pulls (never done before) to hit lower back instead of full range deads from floor (legs) and will also do some hypers to pump lower back. Supposed to work Friday after gym. I'm asking to bs taken off Friday nights and switched to sats.. It is not good to hot the gym so hard then be on my feet waiting tables for 6 hours straight with just aminos and a protein shake...

Yeah at least you didn't use those as an excuse to skip the workout itself. Our minds can push our bodies more then our bodies can push our minds. Good workout bro and hope that stomach bug takes a hike.

Ye it's acting up a bit n I feel really fatigued. Plus those 10x10 sldl yesterday reall affected my hams more than anticipated... Hesitant to do more Ham work today since they're sore, but I'm gonna anyway, won't hit them again til next wed so. My bi's are also very sore from the 5x10 on curls and hammer curls! Just popped fat burner dose 2 and some acetyl l carn and tyrosine.. Off to get this workout done. Will update post 120 with notes and stats observations later on

Oh yeah....10x10 can be a b*tch on a wrong day. Nothing drains all your energy like it.
 
Quick update day 2

Upon rising, very restful sleep (3 am-noon) but noticing some water beneath belly and chest, kinda a swollen/sensitive feeling. Been on Prometheus two days now and I recall from my first run that it was very fast acting. Nothing major or uncomfortable, hoping it's largely placebo affect bc when I finished my first prom run I was very bloated (hence the inclusion of erase this time) hopefully when I up to 3 erase on sunday (not sat) it will ease things up. Prometheus is also a 5on/2off schedule. I have taken it wed-today. I will stop tomorrow and Sunday and then resume a normal 5 on 2 off sched on Monday for the duration of the log. Couldn't get off from work tonight so hopefully I don't shrink after my workout :(
 
Great updates!

For the Division 1 I'd run it 1 cap, 4 times a day so that bottle will last a month.

Does anyone want the workouts posted? Or should i just forego that and stick to basic observations about my workout? Don't want s bunch of unimportant stuff to jumble up the focus of the log, the products.. Input fellas?
 
id keep it simple, i tend to pay attention to sides, over all feeling and results...i started posting workouts and diets in my log and people could care less when i ate my chicken and rice or how many leg extensions i did

exercise notes- subbed rack pulls for full deads and loved it! Not sure I will do them again anytime soon, but loved them nonetheless. Strength is going up, following routines and progression to a T.

Sleep - 3 to noon, great quality only woke up twice, felt very refreshed
Mood/Aggression- pissy as usual :) more gf bs
Energy- not bad, 6/10. Was dreading cardio but did it and did it well
Mental Focus and Clarity- good, 8/10
Stress- high as usual, had to rush to gym n through workout to make work on time
Immune System- n/a all better from stomach bug
Libido- minimal changes, but woke up twice w/ wood.. Rarely happens
Joints- better than usual, will monitor when moving to 3 erase
Endurance- good, 9/10. Cardio went well despite low motivation
Strength- 9/10 increasing on schedule
Pump- below avg, 4/10 when I flex I feel very full, when not flexed, little muscle size or shape

Quality of Training- good 8.5/10... Not feeling worked hard enough, gonna add 1high rep warm up to every lift thst doesn't have one
Recovery- good, muscle soreness from wed and Thursday's workout really set in

Notes-stack is living up to expectations, though it's only 2 days old... Cardio was a Btch today after full leg workout yesterday which is why I separate them by a day usually. Noticing *severe* dry mouth during workouts, mostly during cardio, which is new (think its the Prometheus). Noticed during workout that I was checkin out lots of girls which I mean, I do, but i was more perverse than usual lol, and things inwouldnt normally find attractive were suddenly appealing, wonder of libido is kicking up.. Weekend will be off. I'm pretty upset I am not having a good bulk this winter. I feel deflated, soft, and small. I don't think it's the supps though, more so the fact I've been doing lots of cardio and eating relatively clean. I feel the current workout is not stimulating my muscles enough bc I am very conditioned to high volume lifting. Hopefully the high rep warm ups will open up the muscles and increase bloodflow.
 
Ps- I miss drinking eeey once in a while with my buddies.. I've been pretty straight edge from drinking since august... Mainly bc when I drink I can't eat I'll get sick... So if I plan on drinking one night, I don't want to lift that day OR eat food.. I stick to shakes and bcaa.. Which leads to serious muscle loss. Any tips/ideas... I feel like such a loser. What 22-23 year old college kid doesn't drink ? Plus it's empty cals and being a skinny fat ecto with high estro and cort, god knows i dnt NEED any alc.

I'm 30 now and trust me it's was fun but I truly don't miss it! Don't get me wrong I LOVE my beer and crown and water but in moderation. Your not a loser bro don't stress!
 
Curious to see how you like titanium as I want to add a test booster in my cut stack in for like the last 4-8 weeks as I have pretty low T for my age. Just finished Free Test and IGF2 so womt be adding one for a bit

Decided that if the extra high rep warm up sets don't help stimulate growth via more muscle stimulation/blood flow, I will revert back to a program I was using in Jan/early feb with good success. It is very similar with x reps and hitting muscles multiple times a week. Structured differently though and has higher reps/volume which I think is what my body really needs. I've literally been up all bight going through my notebooks n reconstructing workouts. Nothing sucks more than planning out routines to have them flop. I just don't get it.. Now I'm worried the other x rep routines I wanted to try in the future won't work n my whole summer cut will be a failure: I really wanted to avoid over training n it seems like I have to over train to get results . Sometimes i get so discouraged... I have little to show for all my efforts. Sorry for the bitc* sessions... I'm sure no one really wants to hear it.

Notes: most noticeably, painful morning wood.. Had to take care of it.. (sorry guys) but bein honest. Then throughout the day was very anxious for my gf to come over, had to force myself to wait for her.. Ended up having to wait until 1 am (she got here at 3 pm) to get things done lol but she noticed definite more full erection and size as well as extremely quick response to arousal. Aggression was another stand out today- I am usually able to contain my anger and keep it from getting physical, but I threw a glass into the wall and punched a hole thru te wall... Idk what came over me, haven't been then aggressive breaking things since age 16 (7years ago). Last- definite appetite increase and carb craving today.. Made a DEISEL shake I had with lunch, was delicious :) tolerating excess calories very well. Gf said my butt n legs was looking much more muscular than usual.. Definitely feels it. Looking forward to another off day tomorrow n adding one additional erase before ramping up the intensity next week to make some solid gains in size (hopefully). So far so good!

Edit 1 hour after post: libido is painful! My gf needs to be here! Haha

I always know its time for the next dose of a test boost because i start getting RAVENOUS it actually keeps me at bay. Do you work overnight? I might have missed this part. If so, I may have some tips for you on sleeping.

No Im out of work by 10 on Fridays n sats.. Thsts it for now.. I'm just a night owl.. My best deep sleep comes around 5-9 am lol

Definitely NOtice leaning in midsection and chest. Lower belly is always tough to get rid of and I'm not currently eating for that to hAppen. I'm eating to build muscle with littlest fat gain possible. So fAr I feel this combination of supplements is doing such, despite no real change on the scale

Exercise: off, tomorrow is cardio, chest/back/quads/abs - starting a new ab routine, much less volume, want to give them a chance to really grow. It's an interesting routine 3 days a week.
(going to drop Tuesday cardio sessions in hopes of increasing muscle mass and size)



Sleep - 5am-2pm decent quality
Mood/Aggression- felt very relaxed today. All well on the girlfriend front.. Mom wasn't too pissed about that hole I punched in the wall yesterday..
Energy- fine, no workout 8/10

Immune System-little backed up, need to get the plumbing moving...

Had a good rest this weekend. Saw libido pick up very much... Felt very full and hard all over. Noticing serious appetite increase. Gf said I looked skinny, but then I had her feel me in a few spots and she said never mind and that I was feeling harder n bigger. So.. Leaning plus growing=recomp at this point.. Would like more size but as long as it's not fat I'm not worried right now.. Dropping a cardio day to increase muscle growth hopefully! On to week 2! Next official weigh In and pics next Sunday.
