LOG: Athletix+PES Lean Bulk!

I am used to the 2 hour routines and with cardio n abs i usually m there 2-2.5.. As an ecto i need more frequent stimulation, so I like to hit each muscle group twice a week. This x rep routine Is a very basic one out of one of thir books. I figured I'd start basic before jumping into their more advanced versions. It's supposed to be a straight forward mass builder.. So I will try it for another week and make tweaks were NEeded.

Yeah I've never seen that type of routine, hope it works out great for ya, this is gonna be a pretty sweet log :D Great detail and again wicked progress, what your doing is definitely working for ya.

Thanks. It will be good. Looking forward to getting everything in full swing. I think it will actually be beneficial to start the erase n titanium before the d1 and fx, will be able to notice effects better.

Lol thanks. Yes I will most likely get pics up this weekend but def by the official start of the log on the first of march.

Look at PES website...they are pretty schmik routines. Choose your goal and go For it...josh, Ben and Kev, or even aleks can give you a better run down

I've seen them.. Unfortunately, I need high volume stuff. Otherwise I will get too bulky and accum too much fat even on a strict diet.

Yea my sets r timed. No more than a minute between.. Drop sets and partials..
 
No no...I mean timed...time under tension...forces both myofribillar and sarcoplasmic muscle growth. Basically hypertrophy and dense...

8-12 builds myofribillar and 1-7 builds sarcoplasmic.

Start with a sarcoplasmic triset to 2 exercises for myofribullar

Well the program above uses x reps (pArtials at the point of contraction) and static holds.. I'm gonna stick with it bc today was good. I just need to get started on these supps and I'll feel better :)

in bro, hope to see how erase pro works for you and how this compares to the original erase. you should be a great source since you have good experience w the original erase formula. I look forward to reading what erase pro does to you.

Welcome.. I hope u don't leave, this is regular erase .. I've always used it solo or with anabeta but never test boosters like these... Hopefully you'll still stick around bc this log will def be much more than just simple notes n such . Lots of intelligent educated guys in here with tons of experience and insight!

I have a slightly "anorexic" picture of me somewhere around here too from when I decided I wanted to be as skinny as possible in high school and dropped like 25 lbs over summer from 185 to 160... I dont really think I preserved any muscle at the time. I went from working out often to cutting out all soda, barely eating, lifting and running almost every day... now I dont do distance running for that reason cause it strips fat and muscle off me easily

Thanks. That's crazy.. I started out like that. 185-190 NO working out at all aside from hs football so I decided to start running n lofting on my own, eat better, get educated on how to lode weight. This quickly turned into an obsession n took over my life for 2 years. I couldn't get thin enough, I wanted abs, huge muscles so just lifted n ran but wasn't eating more cals than I burned on cardio.. So basically I was at like a 2600+ deficit daily! Lol. I went from 190 to 94 in about 2 years. Multiple hospital stays, psych wards, etc. Abusing hydroxy cut n diuretics and test boosters at 17 .. Now I'm paying the price

I kinda went through the same thing, I went from 195 to 155 in 5 months, all I was doing is drinkings, sleeping 3-4 hours a night tops, working 50 hours a week, taking in about 1 gram a caffeine a day, eating once a day and doing a weight workout like once a week. It's when I was 19, I got a pic, i was looking pretty unhealthy.
 
Guys do u think it's ok to use revamp n erase together? Revamp has pregnenolone which is a hormone.. I'm not sure if they r ok to use together..

Alright. Bad news guys. Formula x will not be in stock for me to log for another 2 weeks. The show must go on though. So I will be adding my own daa product and logging it with erase, division one, and titanium xl along with what else is listed on page one. I will be using recoverpro lemon in place of the bcaa in formula x and l tyrosine caps in place of the tyrosine in formula x. I also have acetyl l carn which is a staple.

I also hAve the pre log pics from today, Saturday feb 25, 2012. I'm not proud or happy with my body. I work very hard and eat very clean only to be cursed by awful genetics and what I believe to be a hormonal issue... Low t, high estro, high cort, slowwww thyroid. From year roun use of fat burners and test boosters since age 17 (6 years) I am much smarter now, however the damage is definitely done. I will have updated blood work on Tuesday after I meet with my endo. Here are the pics :/

Arms and shoulders are too small
Chest too big and mis shaped
Stomach is combo of loose skin and hardcore water retention. Not really fatty and it shrinks from day to day depending on fluid retention.core is very strong underneath it all.
Would like to keep widening my back
It was impossible to flare my lats and snap a shot at the same time
If ppl want leg pics I'll take those, they are genetically large, calves too.

From my experience with erase, my belly and chest should tighten up nicely by week 3. I usually run 8 weeks but this log is only 4. I am also following a dramatically different lifting program so my chest which I usuall train to flatten out, will probably stay big and round/coney which I HATE. I am hoping to add some quality lean mass. Bc when I cut, I lose a lot of muscle. I just wish I didn't look so average for all the work n research I do n sacrifices I make, I don't even drink or eat any refined foods.... For what :/
 
Page one updated to reflect drop of formula x, addition of Prometheus rising. Page 3 workout updated with tweaks to program. This Tuesday I doubt I'll make my cardio sessio. Had a death in the family yesterday n services scheduled for Tuesday. It's ok tho bc I feel like I'm over training (flat muscles, no soreness) prob burning muscle with that extra fasted cardio. Log will be official this thurs, all products will be on hand and ready to roll.
 
So Prometheus Rising is your DAA supp? Im not familiar with it. Otherwise still a solid workup. That anorexic pic scared me, I shivered a bit. We all had our fair share of stupid mistakes in our youth. Oh well, we just gotta work through it.

Yes Prometheus is my daa supp. I've used it once before and It was GREAT weeks 1-2 then 3 to 4 saw major increases in water retention and estrogen related sides, thus I am hoping the erase will combat this. I love proms ingredient profile. It is dosed at 5 on/2 off an one bottle lasts 4 weeks (mon-fri) or 20 days. The addition of 1g agmatine and the 400 coleus along with 200 r ala makes for a great product to lean bulk, so Long as you aren't susceptible to estro sides like myself. It was my first daa run so I wanted to use it solo... Now I know I need to run with erase, my ONLY ai of choice.

On a side: I jus saw the ingredients for anabeta elite on g n c . Com! I'd be interested in your take on it, organic... Stacking / cycle options, as well as how and for what goals to utilize it.

God I love erase! 2 days in at 2 caps a day n the water is leaving my stomach n chest n noticing my hip flexor definition returning.. I imagine this will slow or stop once I start the daa . Unfortunately it is sitting on my dorm at school which i can't get to til Tuesday night :/ so I will have to wait til then to start it.

Times two here. DAA treats me the same way. The first 14 days is magic then at around the end of the month it starts making me a little bloated. The second time i run DAA i did it with powerfull for a month and did not see the water retention issue. It makes me think that DAA might rise prolactin to some extent which may cause water retention in exchange. Ive heard of this but like i said personally when i run DAA i run something w mucuna prurients like powerful and seems to work good.

Never stacked DAA and Erase, i imagine the erase should be enough to keep you dry.
Btw, great your running titanium, that stuff is pure gold. I once used triazole and titanium and i was the leanest and dryest ever, did not use a fat burner and i was actually in maintenance calories. I dont tolerate triazole no more, the bioperine in it gives me too much tro9uble w digestion so i dont use it anymore, fortunately seems like the new erase pro should cover me for this.

Im in and will follow def. interested in how these supps treat you. Titanium, erase and division 1 will all help you lean out while gaining muscle for sure.
 
Awesome to have you shin. I've been curious about tzole but it's not a suicidal ai like erase so that always kept me from trying it. Very interesting observations about daa/mucuna.. Thanks for joining up!

I'm gonna stick w 2 until I add in the 3 test boosters (lol) and of I start to bloat I will up to 3... I usually never get joint pain on erase even at 4 caps daily... But 2 is giving me elbow tendonitis In both arms! Weird

wow, great to hear. Sometimes more is not better, i would stick to that certainly as it seems to be doing just what your goal is hardening, keeping size.
Btw just curious, what time are you dosing?

Dosing for 2 caps is 1 upon waking (varies from 9 am to noon or 1 lol college schedule) 1 5-7 hours later. Usually post workout or near dinner.

When dosing 3 or 4 it's upon rising, 4 hours spaced x1 or 2 doses, then last one at bed.
 
So I never get sick, like ever... Maybe once every 2 years. Apparently I have contracted some crazy stomach bug (I'd mich rather have a cold or flu bc cold meds r fun lol ) but I can't even drink water without it going right through me. Burping up all sorts of nasty stuff from meals eaten hours before hand.. Stomach was gurgling all night n multiple bathroom trips, ugh! And stomach distention , not wTer retention but the constant feeling of being full.. It sucks. Plus I was at a wake last night n will be at afuneral all day. I manages to train yesterday even though I had these stomach issues. Today is supposed to be low intensity cardio but I'm gonna forego it bc I'll be at the funeral til 3 or 4 then have an apt with my endo to review some bloodwork. there is also a snow storm heading to ct for wed. Afternoon, if it's big enough, my school will close n so will our gym which is the only reason I miss workouts, if gym is closed. I don't even miss on holidays.. I'm hoping it doesn't come to that though

Starting daa tonight once I get back to school and titanium Thursday. D1 as soon as it arrives. Holding at 2 erase solo for now.
 
I hope you get to feeling better bro. Stomach virus sucks, but it does beat the 48 hr diet lol.

F that. I can diet for as long as I need. I don't need to be running to the toilet 10 times a day n burping up food from 4 hours ago. Everything makes me nauseous n goes right thru me. I barely ate today n have been up since 7 am on 4 hours sleep. Surprisingly I have some soreness from Monday's lift. The forecast doesn't look good in terms of my school gym being open tomorrow, but if it is I am gonna lift.. Doubt I'll do cardio which is huge for me (unless I run I feel like my workout is worthless)

My douche bag endocrinologist said I am fine. He's a loser, my test is JUST above the minimum for normal at 473. (on daa and erase and primal male!) When I was 18 I believe it wa in the 700s. I'm gonna call my pediatricians office tomorrow n get those results from 5 years ago to compare. I told him about always being cold n my hands n toes going numb n he was like yea idk what that is but I ccant help you. Sweet! A$$.
