Alright. Bad news guys. Formula x will not be in stock for me to log for another 2 weeks. The show must go on though. So I will be adding my own daa product and logging it with erase, division one, and titanium xl along with what else is listed on page one. I will be using recoverpro lemon in place of the bcaa in formula x and l tyrosine caps in place of the tyrosine in formula x. I also have acetyl l carn which is a staple.
I also hAve the pre log pics from today, Saturday feb 25, 2012. I'm not proud or happy with my body. I work very hard and eat very clean only to be cursed by awful genetics and what I believe to be a hormonal issue... Low t, high estro, high cort, slowwww thyroid. From year roun use of fat burners and test boosters since age 17 (6 years) I am much smarter now, however the damage is definitely done. I will have updated blood work on Tuesday after I meet with my endo. Here are the pics :/

Arms and shoulders are too small
Chest too big and mis shaped
Stomach is combo of loose skin and hardcore water retention. Not really fatty and it shrinks from day to day depending on fluid retention.core is very strong underneath it all.
Would like to keep widening my back
It was impossible to flare my lats and snap a shot at the same time

From my experience with erase, my belly and chest should tighten up nicely by week 3. I usually run 8 weeks but this log is only 4. I am also following a dramatically different lifting program so my chest which I usuall train to flatten out, will probably stay big and round/coney which I HATE. I am hoping to add some quality lean mass. Bc when I cut, I lose a lot of muscle. I just wish I didn't look so average for all the work n research I do n sacrifices I make, I don't even drink or eat any refined foods.... For what :/
