alright whats up fellas? I had a shitty gym day strength went up a couple times, but tonight just was not great for me. I had been studying all day for business calculus and plant biology... pretty boring and grueling work.
- BB flat bench 6 reps@ 185, 205, 210, 225
- BB incline bench 6 reps@ 35, 165, 175, 200
- Cable flyes 10 reps@ 2 sets every 2 knotches
- Tricep pulldown 10 reps@ 4-5 sets
damn some people piss me off at the gym. I understand some people think i must have little man syndrome because I am small but like to hell and lift heavy weight (for me at least). This guy who was some tall lanky guy was using the cable machine so i could do my cable pulls. he leaves I wait for him to come back and ask him if he his done and he proceeds to tell me he is still using them in a loud voice and kind of snappy voice... even though i just asked him. Damn people like that make me want to sock em square in the face, but he was not worth my time. Then my workout partner and I sit there waiting on this guy for approximately 15 minutes. Get this... he was doing the same damn exercise on both cable pulls only with heavier weight on one. So I am sitting here thinking are you F*n kidding me? This guy is just taking his damn time when I am ready to get out of here and bust some ass. Finally he gets off after a damn near half hour of the same exercise... overtraining? I think so. Ok rant is over. Tonight workout though I was not very motivated. I had trouble finding music to get me up to beat as well and just was not pumped to hit the heavy ass weight. I think it is time I try to experiment with some RPM or something again. I need to go pick up some stuff for an adrenal cleanse.
i think I am getting sick too because my throat is freaking killing me, I have been coughing, and an extremely runny nose. Ahh life is rough right now not to mention all my midterms this week....
