Bro I swear.. Epi is just.. godly. You can easily gain size with Epi, you just need to destroy mounds of food and hit the gym as hard as possible (without risking injury of course). At first I started with just 3k calories, but by the 2~3 week I bumped it to 3600 calories and that's when I blew up and it felt great. Nonetheless I'm most definitely happy I got to keep some weight gain (and veins are looking much thicker as well, especially in my biceps, legs, and forearms), and especially the strength, I was so scared I was gonna fail on chest yesterday and back today.. but all is good
