... I just woke up :lol: strength is rising moved up a few reps on some lifts, I wanted to maintain around last weeks numbers and try to explode next week and see whats there. I have learned my lesson about trying to over do it

. I'm sure stacked this stuff would be amazing, I'm seeing results using this solo, endurance drive/focus is wicked.. muscle tone, maybe a slight re-comp going on.. I stretched yesterday morning and notice a much more flatter stomach see the obliques meeting the Ab's allot clearer.. I have dropped the carb intake significantly also, but everything goes hand and hand. Wednesday I go up to 5, either a 1/1/1/1/1 or 2/2/1...
