Life Support vs Cycle Assist

My question is fairly straight forward and I am looking for individual opinions on the matter.

Which is better for On Cycle Support, Life Support or Cycle Assist?

Any and all opinions from people who have tried both or either are greatly welcomed.

I second this. VERY similar products, but if you look at the ingredients you see why.

I have taken both and their powder form, Cycle Support. I like them all, except the CS taste...ehg. They are both effective products, and no discredit to AI, but I personally like Cycle Assist just a little more.

I love Cycle Support if the funds permit it i take atleast a scoop of it a day with a protein shake to get all the nice benefits.

At the end of day it comes down to preference. Research the ingredients that are different from one to the other. If one ends up having something that you like that the other doesn't contain, then you've just found your match!

...that's how I do it, anyway,
