I am very impressed with the numbers. especially those leg extensions!! damn... so whats the thoughts on the jumping squats guys? ya love em or ya hate em? grab some amino acids and take during workout that should help the sick feeling. I get it from the AS occasionally. i think its the osthle or whatever in it.
The jumping squats were good but they made us holler a little hahaha, probably gonna feel like we got kicked in the @$$ tomorrow.:nutkick:

Tex man,, Im feeling it now bro when I try to get up and walk, so I know im in for it.. I'll Be honest, I liked the jumping squats! at first the first couple I was like, ok feels good! last set, i was moaning like a bitch! straight up bro, laid down and just sat there for a few minutes..hahahahaha then hit the sauna which was so nice..I will use them again, the really target your legs all over..

I sip on the BC/EAA's every work out. maybe add another scoop. That osthle is some potent stuff, I mean I have used yohimbe plenty of times before, and never felt what im feeling. So im really not pin pointed it to that... We'll see.
 
Ya know I’m really thinking, if I'm burning thru the calories during the work out, I wonder if that, with the combo of the pSarm is causing the sickness? I’m going to start having a meal prior to my next few work outs, not tomorrow, but next week. I’m really curious to the results..:think: what ya think slick? nothing to heavy, but nothing to small, maybe a chicken breast..
i think its the yohimbe in the psarm imo!..i think its your reaction to this supp. versus the the type of stomach issues that the other psarm loggers are having.when it comes to the sides i really think you got the better end of the deal v.s the others.chicken breast,sure why not!!!dang now you gone and made me hungery!..LOL..j.k!..at least you found some comforting remedy with consuming foods when your feeling the nausea.so maybe with a small meal before .it might help your tummy afterwards.only one way to find out!keep up the good work you guy's!:thumbsup:

^^ yea^^ I do agree, I am at the better end of the deal.. Maybe its just different type yohimbe, I am going with the chicken breast, Just straight up throw it on the grill, bring in to work, eat em about 5 mins prior to going to the gym.. We'll see next week if has any impact..

Concerns - Notice when things get intense, it seems to bring on sickness, which is prop the stim.
Hunger - Above normal today,
nauseous - Felt a little coming on at end of work out and after the sauna.

Seated Leg curls -110x12, 120x10, 130x8, 140x6, 150x5
HS Super Calf -220x16, 270x15, 320x10, 420x10

Topped this off with Jumping squats -10x10x10

Had a great leg night, after BeBig and i got done with the squats and started the jumping squats the moans started yelling through the gym!, when I was done I laid on the floor, started off easy IMO, but half way into I was feeling it big time! I felt great though, drive was good, focus was good, and I felt the strength, The pSarm I feel has made me more focused so far. Felt a little nauseous at the end like i said, and It was the pSarm, its a different kind of sickness, its a deep shallow one, if that makes any sence. Im eating right now because im hungry as ****, and it seems to be making my stomach feel better,lol :thumbsup:!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea man, TexasLifter put me on to those, so the credit goes to him:) I will tell you, save them for the last thing that you do. I brought it up on you tube , just to make sure i had the correct form, Either way Im glad BeBig and I work out in the gym after hours, other wise I would have looked like an idiot jumping all around moaning like a bear! hahahahahaha, Its a nice finish to a great leg work out, everything gets hit!

knocked out BB curls 70x10 3 sets like it was nothing...I was pumped tonight, best I have felt , Now Im really looking foward to the next few weeks, Its friday, and the next 2 days are off days...:) but these are just a few numbers from tonight, and based on last numbers!

And yes, tonight right before leaving work, I ate, And felt totally perfect tonight, this is a new start to this cycle putting in a little food right prior to working out.:thumbsup:

Yea this was good I did do a couple of the 185 an 200 on flat bench then my shoulder started hurtin sucked. But the decline I felt great on an did all sets an reps an the BB curls too. So LG got me tonite on the Flat Bench LOL..:lol:

Looks good bro! i'll have to give the food pre w/o a shot. although i usually have a shake with some vitargo

I would take the pSarm with a shake about 45-an hour prior to work out also, But now Im going to put food down about 10mins prior to going, and sip on LG's BC/EAA's the entire work out like I have been doing, Last night was mint!, but next week will really tell if this really helps.

I hope so brotha! But I will doing Plain chicken breast, Im goign to start grilling a few in the afternoon and take them in to work. spread them out through the night, then have about 6-7 oz prior to lifting.. Hows that sound to you?

So for today and tomorrow I will have to lower the dose to 2 caps, I have to try and stretch this bottle out, other wise Im going to come up short, and IMO will not give anyone a good insight on what this product can do. Maybe next week with the food being taken in just prior I might try for the 5 cap dosage. If this goes well I might talk to the LG folks about maybe getting another bottle, we'll see what they think , and see what they have to say about it. It would only make sence though IMO.

Recommend dosage is 4-6 caps per day, and to date we havent had a log that started out at 4 a day, so this may be good, but its not something im going to push for if my body is telling my not to..:)
