I am going to up the dosage next week, 5-6 caps day. Im going to finish this week at 4 caps, Had a great sleep ! I just woke up, its around 11:45 Texas time. I really needed that good sleep, should start making things flow alot better at the gym!

no, its something not every lifter does, so it was a little surprising to see that. i can count the amount of people's logs that mention rear tricep work :)

Day#3

Mood - So-So little below average
Strength - For some reason I didnt have it tonight, Not sure if it was the slight head cold, or being out of the gym for 2 weeks, and being the first night back working out so late.
Weight - 184.4
Endurance -Good
Agression - It was back and forth tonight, I was fighting it tonight!
Libido -normal
Concerns - still nothing at the moment

Dosage - 4 caps

Well Like i said, i have to get readjusted to the hours i think. I have been out of the gym for little over 2 weeks. Kids were out of school and I was off for the holidays. So getting back into the flow tonight at midnight was a little rough, It'll take a few days. I didnt get anything from the pSarm tonight, I dont think Superdrol would have given me anything based on everything i said, lol I know the numbers are Low but in a few months I plan on being back to where i once was!

Chest

I use a 10-8-6-4 routine with a warm up. If I feel good for and extra rep I'll put it in

Flat Bench - (95x15 Warm -up) 135x12-155x8-175x6-190x5
Decline bench -135x12 -155x8 -175x6 -190x5
Incline Bench -115x12 -135x8 -150x6 -160x4
Cable Flys - 50x15 - 60x10 - 70x8 - 80x6

Tri's
cable Push downs - 80x12 - 90x10 - 100x8 - 110x6 - 125x4
over the head cable extensions-70x12, 80x10, 90x8, 100x6, 110x4
Cable kick backs/Palm up- 30x12, 40-x10x8x6x4

Well thats the first night, all in all it went ok, I would have like to br throwing the weights around more then what I did, But all in due time!

I cant say anything about the pSarm yet. , I just felt totally nothing tonight, but like i said its been a few weeks, plus, getting back to working out so late will take a few days , maybe even a week to get back fully into the mix. Still wanna see its full potential!

Thanks GJJ!!, Im feeling good right now!, alot better then last night! still plugged up a little but It'll pass. So this is good!, Got a great night sleep , eat an ass load of food , and i'm ready to throw some weight around tonight! bad thing is Im ready now, but Not leaving work for another 4 1/2 hours!!!:frustrate

Concerns - I hit it hard tonight!, maybe little to hard,, heart raced very high tonight, Little sickness also

Seated Bicep curls -50x12, 55x10, 60x8, 65x6, 70x4
Standing BB curls - 40x12, 50x10, 55x8, 65x6, 75x5
Reverse curls - 50x12, 60x10, 70x8, 80x6, 90x4
Standing Db curls - 25x12, 25x10, 30x8, 30x6, 30x4

Could have went higher on these ^^ but I dont do the full body swing and call them curls lol:lol:

Back Work out

Lat pull downs - 95x12, 125x10, 140x8, 155x6, 155x4
Rear Delt flys - 65x12, 80x10, 90x8, 100x6, 110x4
One arm DB rows - 55, 60, 70 all x 10
Super pullover - 150x10, 160x10, 170x10

I felt pumped tonight, had an awesome work out! everything was up tonight, from aggression to drive, and being totally focused!, When I was hitting the db rows , I was pumping them out like no tomorrow, when I finished the last set at 70,
it felt like my heart was about to beat straight out of my chest! I’m not talking in a good way either.

Then the sickness hit me, I was like, yep, here it comes. I pushed threw it, It wasn’t a show stopper, but it wasn’t the most pleasant feeling either, It lasted about a good 30 mins after the workout, I even had to cut the sauna short because of it, just felt very nauseous! Had to sit there and try to regroup. Drove home made a shake and seems to be going away...

Besides that had an awesome night!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Yea trying to find out the key dosage...So In a few days im going to start playing around, Its just that, with the pSarm you have to find that sweet spot for it to be really effective! , but with out the right dose it could be tricky...
 
I'll tell you, today my hunger has been high! which is good. Not sure if its the pSarm, maybe it is...

I changed my dosing today to 2/2 instead of 1/1/2 also..

tonight is Shoulders and traps, with some ab work out.:thumbsup:

Will do buddy! :thumbsup: I feel good right now and thats doing a 2 cap dosing for the first 2, I still have to dose 2 more, but like i said I was doing a 1/1/2, so hopefully it was the Intensity that did it last night.. But thats a good thing!
