~LG33's long run Journey to somewhere~

I just started TKD today, but the first 2 weeks I am trying to go low carb even pre/post workout. It is going to be a tough couple of weeks after my carbo-load last week at Disney World.

Correct me if im wrong but with the TKD the only carbs your really taken in is pre and post correct? you shoul donly AIM for maybe around 30? pre/post am I close or far off?

either way Im sure you'll do it great justice...u logging it?

Yes with TKD you take in between 30-50 carbs pre and post work out. However, I am trying to limit my carbs to below 50 for the first 2 weeks to really get me into ketosis. Then I will start adding carbs around workouts only.

I will have a sponsored log coming up soon. I will link you once the product comes in and I get it started. I am hoping it helps me keep strength and gain muscle while I drop 20-25lbs.

I just got back on TKD today. I'm taking in 2sc of Smash FL pre-workout (contains 14g CHO) and then taking 3 LG SLIN and 90g CHO immediately post-workout (60g coming from brown rice flour, 30g coming from LG Perfect Carb) along with 30g protein coming from LG Lipotropic.
 
It looks like LG and Axis have been in bed lately ;)

This last bit is the hardest for me. I don't think I will get the fat off unless I go drastic with diet/lifestyle changes. I will be running a log of TestoPro from AI. I have big hopes for that product.

Sounds like you and I have two things in common: Stubborn fat, and upcoming TestoPro logs. :)

I am using Anabolic Pump hoping that it will assist me at times when I do take in some carbs as well. In the mornings I drink a protein shake with skim milk and then have some OJ with creatine. I know that is probably around 30 carbs or so.
