I just started TKD today, but the first 2 weeks I am trying to go low carb even pre/post workout. It is going to be a tough couple of weeks after my carbo-load last week at Disney World.
Correct me if im wrong but with the TKD the only carbs your really taken in is pre and post correct? you shoul donly AIM for maybe around 30? pre/post am I close or far off?
either way Im sure you'll do it great justice...u logging it?
