I don't get how anyone could be such an a-hole that they wouldn't give someone a spot. I give anyone a spot that asks me for it... I know the favor is gonna have to be returned sometime. Now, there is always a problem of asking someone to spot you who doesn't know how to spot, and tries anyway, and just screws up your lift... that ticks me off sometimes, but usually I just laugh it off.

Had a good workout today, I felt a little drained today, I think it was being out of town all weekend, ate like ****, low intake really, but it was beyond my control.. I didnt have a spotter today which sucked, I asked one guy it seemed liked it botherd him , so i told him to forget about it:dunno: When I hit the 225 for the 5th rep i was a little slow on it, so i played it safe and dropped down to 205 and tried to rep it out, I hit 7, and was unsure about 8, and I will not be that guy in the gym:) I added weight to the Decline pretty well, but i had to knock that out before my usual incline becuase someone was on it...But I liked the switch up today, kinda tricked my body which is always a good thing. Tris stayed about the same up a rep or two on some exercises..Today was the first workout on the MMV3's, the Liq Masterdrol would really kick in for a great workout, I didnt get that today, but give it a day or two based on what I came off from this weekend....

yea kinda rubbed me the wrong way..funny thing was he was watching sport center! during his rest... fukcing douche bag, it'll come around.... posting update;)

Sick day today! went up in weight , and added reps, some dropped a rep or two but, went up in weight;).. Today I added a scoop of AS to the PC, Slin, & Bc+Eaa's.. man I was set, dosed 1 scoop of AS 45 mins prior, then 2 MMv3's 25 mins prior, then had the Outlaw Juice for Intra work out!.. Lat pulldowns were intense, once i went up, and felt it, I was like dam this feels easy! I took it an ran.. Agression was the highest its been so far, veins really started to show in both bi's and fore arms today:)... Im going to keep adding the one scoop of AS to the PC/Slin/Bc+eaa blend for now on.. hammers/curls felt really nice I was pumped...I have never sweated like I did in todays workout, I was soaked!! dripping, to the point it was gettign in my eyes during DB rows and I had to close them becasue it was burning so bad.. im rambling now, so heres the scoop! today gets a pic!

Hahahhaahah way to funny but it does suck when someone gives you an attitude....

Believe it or not I've gotten that attitude before and he's paying the price now. He tried to partial rep 225 and end up with the weight on top of his chest. I walked slowly over to him and looked down at him as my balls sweat dripped on his face and said, "you need a spot?"

Agree man definitely need a good spotter...I have a really good one here but he is fixing to move soon...and I REALLY MISS my old spotter....when I was in the states....

My recommendation to you would be start it like 1-1.5 weeks before pct. Then it will be kicking in when pct comes around. Pumps will get nasty. Like be on cycle. :head:

serioulsy!... not sure about 300:dunno: I'm about to do my update next for yesterday and today, but man, serious, I dont know what happen today..buddy came with me, I was like, lets max out.. so i did

I felt strong and mentally ready/focused... had my 2 MMv3's pre with 1 scoop of AS.. Then for Intra, my same Outlaw juice.... Perfect carb, 1 scoop AS, Bc+Eaa's, and 3 caps slin.. mixed with about half gallon of water.. I was going to put on 270 again. then I said screw it, worst thing that'll happen is I wont get it up...but i sure as Fukc did:D

I did try for 280! but failed:D..... got it about 4-5 inches above my chest and hit a dam wall, lol It started coming back down to my chest, so the words "Grab it" came out of ~LG33's~ mouth :lol:

Well done brother! Your 'outlaw' juice is doing the trick!

I was doing 1/2 scoop AS, +4 scoops BC+Eaa, +1 scoop Perfect Carb and man the pumps were good! Also endurance was insane. You do notice it when you stop taking that magic juice. Endurance really goes down.

did a max out on Bench and hit 275! started out like this

after the 275 I did try for 280, Like I said in the last post, I never felt so in the zone..but 280 just wasn't for today. Another/few chest sessions. I repped out 205 for 2 sets for 8 reps after that, then dropped to 135 for 16 times and called it quits.. did a few other exercises around the gym, but just an over all great day.. so far im up 15lbs on max flat bench lift!!!!

I was doing 1/2 scoop AS, +4 scoops BC+Eaa, +1 scoop Perfect Carb and man the pumps were good! Also endurance was insane. You do notice it when you stop taking that magic juice. Endurance really goes down.
Seriously man, the hell with it being LG Science products man, that is the perfect combo right there:D I totally agree with you about the endurance/pumps.. with out the AS its great, but by adding the AS into that mix, brings you to a different level..
