Sick day today! went up in weight , and added reps, some dropped a rep or two but, went up in weight
.. Today I added a scoop of AS to the PC, Slin, & Bc+Eaa's.. man I was set, dosed 1 scoop of AS 45 mins prior, then 2 MMv3's 25 mins prior, then had the Outlaw Juice for Intra work out!.. Lat pulldowns were intense, once i went up, and felt it, I was like dam this feels easy! I took it an ran.. Agression was the highest its been so far, veins really started to show in both bi's and fore arms today
... Im going to keep adding the one scoop of AS to the PC/Slin/Bc+eaa blend for now on.. hammers/curls felt really nice I was pumped...I have never sweated like I did in todays workout, I was soaked!! dripping, to the point it was gettign in my eyes during DB rows and I had to close them becasue it was burning so bad.. im rambling now, so heres the scoop! today gets a pic!
