Ok fellas were a few days ahead here, due to the fact I was out of town, Had a long weekend, and I was unsure how this would affect me today, but I tell you what, ever since I added in GHenerate, these work outs are intense!..I dont even have to be a rep to tell you that.. seriously this stuff is off the hook... Had a great chest day today bumped up the weights compared to last week, so Friday is the day , And I feel totally confident I'll hit 285, so I might just go for 290!.. heres what it looked like today, I'm digging this new workout I'm doing high to low, with more sets/reps..really hitting the fibers deep!

Thanks man, My chest is where I'm showing the most gains on strength at, and I'm very satisfied.., I wanna start dropping carbs but not untill i hit my goal, which lets hope its friday...Which im thinking ~LG33~ doesnt need hope..:lol: gotta stay head strong;)

Bro, I can really feel it, recovery is awesome, and the work outs have really kicked up to the next level.. Im glad this will last through PCT;), scary thing is it taste so dam good , i wanna add a few more pumps :lol:

I hit back and Bis hard today, now, I waited a few days to see if GHenerate is really aiding this much in the works outs and I'm blown away, the pumps I had today in my Bi's hurt so bad I literaly had to take a break, I was looking in the mirror and was like, dam dude looking very swole, filled out my shirt really nice. vascularity is on the rise, really noticed it today when I hit bi's and some forearm work outs. As you see I skipped the hammers, but mid way towards the end, it's almost like I hit it in afterburner, I felt so supercharged which is almost non existent for me on back and bi days. I'm almost out of the M1-D's and Masterdrol isn't to far behind, I think after this week I'll go into PCT.;), and start recovering, then get ready for the Natty Natty Drol:D!. I went up in in a few Lifts today which was awesome, strength gains are still on the rise..I also weighed in this morning at 196.. so thats 7lbs right now...with that and the gains on strength i have nothing to complain about... so here it goes.., Friday is max out day, tomorrow being veterans day, the gym may be closed..that'll give me a rest day before friday.:thumbsup:, but if there open, i'll sure be there:)

Well I catching up here on updates, Day 37 was yesterday and I had the day off I did not make it to the gym so I just spent the day with family and so forth. Today I made it nothing but cardio, and core. Ran, really worked the core and threw in some lunges. Next week I'm going into PCT, I'm at a point now where I'm just getting to agitated real quick, But I chalk that up to all the bull **** im dealing with right now. Tomorrow is my max out day and I should hit 285 with no problem, which was the original goal..so I'll post back with the Info...... Supps stayed the same but I took out the pre work out drink today...

actually Lifter, 10 is the sweet spot on Hemo :D :hump:...seriously...its unreal. Just work your way up to it tho starting at 6>>then to 8>>>then to 10...its redonkulous!

He's right. 10 is great. I'm only on 8 right now and will keep it there, but I'm trying to make mine last. The difference between 6 and 8 is big, 8 and 10 even better...kind of levels off after that. 10 is really the sweet spot as Met said.

Well 39 days of fun, and insane strength gains in certain departments, I hit the 285 on Flat today! tried 290, but i think i was so pumped on the goal , i siked myself out, But I will say when I tried the 290 i felt it my right Lat. A strange pain..that was my Q to end on a good note...but the strength gains sneak up on you with the MMv3's, a few days i thought it was to good to be true. I will say, and I'm going to talk to Legal gear about this, once I added in the GHenerate the work outs and recovery went through the roof, and the pumps have been to the level i have never experienced before.. those who use Ghenerate with a PH will see what I'm talking about. Over all M1-d/MMv3 combo did not fail, still at 7lbs today and along with the strength gains im very pleased. I think through PCT im goign to really start to lower the carb intake. I'll just take in pre and post, and stop taking any in before 5pm So I'll post up first week work outs and compare to the end..some lifts really didnt change, but more reps are always better.. Start is in Black, ending weights in Red.. I wanna thank all of you that stuck with this, and send out a special ~IMFL~ shout out.. now its PCT time...:D!

He's right. 10 is great. I'm only on 8 right now and will keep it there, but I'm trying to make mine last. The difference between 6 and 8 is big, 8 and 10 even better...kind of levels off after that. 10 is really the sweet spot as Met said.
I think 8 will be the max.. with that and Formadrol and my other staples I'm pilled out:lol:, I just hate looking like I have a hand full of popcorn, which in reality its pills. I'm going to pick up some of the New Anadraulic State really looking forward to the flavor change...

Irish , what do you think about adding in prime in the PCT? of should i just save it?

I'd say start the PRIME in Week 3 of PCT. Give yourself two full weeks of recovery before using it. Since those hormones are mild, you should be good to go at that point. PRIME isn't going to help with recovery, so I don't see a reason to use it right off the bat. Let your body get itself fully kicking again to really take advantage of PRIME's potential.

Word...I hear ya brotha...time to stop that **** and move on aint it? 3 yrs is definitely plenty...4 plus was way to damn long...Congrats on the bench man thats killer...i hit 215x4 ez the other day an felt good did 210x4 just didn't feel like 215 last nite on all around day...decline i did 215x4 last nite ez....I haven't been on any supps so pretty happy with what i have accomplished..Just takin fishoils, jacked prwo an taking in my lipotropic protein everyday..and perfect carb..can't wait till i start a cycle I think i'll be able to hit 230 plus on bench then...still have epi staring at me everyday lol...GREAT LOG BRO...you gonna continue using this log through PCT?

I'd say start the PRIME in Week 3 of PCT. Give yourself two full weeks of recovery before using it. Since those hormones are mild, you should be good to go at that point. PRIME isn't going to help with recovery, so I don't see a reason to use it right off the bat. Let your body get itself fully kicking again to really take advantage of PRIME's potential.
Great, thats what I was thinking was about half way.. I just knew you have used it a few times, and was almost postive you ran it every which way.. I think:).. I have seen prime is a hit or miss with some, I might just hold off untill PCT is over so I could really gauge it.. We'll see though.. Im eye balling Natadrol:D

Word...I hear ya brotha...time to stop that **** and move on aint it? 3 yrs is definitely plenty...4 plus was way to damn long...Congrats on the bench man thats killer...i hit 215x4 ez the other day an felt good did 210x4 just didn't feel like 215 last nite on all around day...decline i did 215x4 last nite ez....I haven't been on any supps so pretty happy with what i have accomplished..Just takin fishoils, jacked prwo an taking in my lipotropic protein everyday..and perfect carb..can't wait till i start a cycle I think i'll be able to hit 230 plus on bench then...still have epi staring at me everyday lol...GREAT LOG BRO...you gonna continue using this log through PCT?

Hopefully my plans work out the way I plan for them to unfold..Ive started early so we'll see when the time comes, I'll be staying with the log, shorter updates and so forth, I mean nothing great about PCT, but I'm curious on how GHenerate will stack up with Formadrol, I know it amplified the effects of the MMv3/M1-D stack...I know this because I ran this a long time ago.. Your about to come home for a vacation correct? if so it'll be time for you to stock up!, LG is breaking through with some insane supplements man....go check out some of the Natadrol logs, users reporting awesome stuff not but 3 days in i think i read:D

Sorry been kinda MIA brother internet has been funky. Glad to see you made your goal! I knew you would brother!!

Yea the Ghenerate has definately amplified the effects of some of the supps im on and Ghenerate coupled with some Powerfull ( didnt get any IGH-1 in the pack and had Powerfull on hand) whewww i sleep like a damn baby!! Best sleep ive ever had hands down!!

Good log though brother and lemme know how the formadrol works out for you!

Wow I finally hit 1000 posts sweet...Nah man no vacay till Feb time frame..but it will be here before you know it..Natadrol huh? I'll check it out..

I had to go out of town, so ive been away also.. short notice stuff;), updates on the way , I have about 30 pms i have to answer ...lol

Serioulsy..^^, Im running form right now, with GHenerate..feeling great to, still feeling strong..had an awesome chest day today, so good i was unable to do 2 pushups!, right there tells you i killed it;)

~LG33's Science Report PCT update~

Ok so This is the second week of PCT, I started out 4 caps of Formadrol, used a 1/1/1/1 dosing scheme, now i dropped down to 3 doing a 2/1.. 2 am 1 night, I'm very impressed with how i feel and the strength still seems to be there.. funny thing is i weighed in at 197 this morning, but looked really leaned out.....so up a total 8 lbs now...Im looking more fuller then i was but with a dried out leaned look...almost like a re comp which is blowing my dam mind....

Supplements Dosed:

Formadrol - 3 caps, 2/1
I-GH-1 - 2 pre bed tonight
GHenerate - 7 sprays 10 mins prior, and 7 Pre bed
Hemodraulix - 6 pre work out
Staples of course:)

How are you liking 7/7 dose of Ghenny broskidoodles? It seemed to be too much for me. I and many others would recommend a lower dose like 5/5.
