I hit back and Bis hard today, now, I waited a few days to see if GHenerate is really aiding this much in the works outs and I'm blown away, the pumps I had today in my Bi's hurt so bad I literaly had to take a break, I was looking in the mirror and was like, dam dude looking very swole, filled out my shirt really nice. vascularity is on the rise, really noticed it today when I hit bi's and some forearm work outs. As you see I skipped the hammers, but mid way towards the end, it's almost like I hit it in afterburner, I felt so supercharged which is almost non existent for me on back and bi days. I'm almost out of the M1-D's and Masterdrol isn't to far behind, I think after this week I'll go into PCT.

!. I went up in in a few Lifts today which was awesome, strength gains are still on the rise..I also weighed in this morning at 196.. so thats 7lbs right now...with that and the gains on strength i have nothing to complain about... so here it goes.., Friday is max out day, tomorrow being veterans day, the gym may be closed..that'll give me a rest day before friday.:thumbsup:, but if there open, i'll sure be there
