Let's see your wings!!!

I just started doing medium grip pull-downs and the bar is straight then goes cambered, so you could do pushdowns with it as well, but man this hammers my lower lats. I'm going to get back to one-arm dumbbell rows those definitely add width and thickness.

Ok,.. well this is great! First off, I had one hell of a time getting a picture of by back! I definately thought it would be easier..
lol- I also found that I definately need a little back work... even though this wasnt a flex, or the most flattering possition :nutkick:

The guy that won my class won the overall. I was not lean enough and holding water but that will be a different story next year.

Thanks alot it will be getting bigger and more defined soon.The great thing about taking alot of time off is how quickly you can see gains return.Just sucks fighting through the depression of your starting totals.:frustrate

Buy the way youre very thick and your taper looks great.

All Ive got to say to that is VENOM HYPERDRIVE At my heaviest I was 260 and lightest 215 and venom was one of the contributing factors.

You have a good back which will look amazing with some venom in your tank.:thumbsup:
 
Yeah coming off of venom(metabolic crash) and willpower problems are what helped me put back on 15 of the 45 I lost.:icon_lol:
 
Is that your quarters in iraq rogue? I think you said you were serving? Good front delts and tris, the rear delts could use some work IMO and mine are an eye sore. good thickness.

Some recent back shots... Ive been slacking in the training and nutrition dept. due to work and stress but after Thanksgiving, I intend to kick it into high gear and start cutting.
