So apparently my street is like a rivr due to the hurricane and todays my cheat day so I ate a ton of food to celebrate?
 
Back on diet today didn't count cals but hald 1lb grilled chicken some mayo and 3 pieces of fresh mozzerella

Have a shke when I'm home. And hopefully my trupro order will be in
 
Custom capsule order came in. Will do 3 bottles a month I got 10. Will give optimal ranges essentially for all ingredients. Stoked to do this and add in d3 and another one ingredient. Ill be lean in no time. Last week lost 7 lbs so this week I'm going to keep cals consistent at 2800 and do cardio on off days for 20 min or so

Choco pb has a chalky kind of taste very tolerable. Not to happy about the lavor as its faint on the pb part

Mixability was good. Pissed it doesn't have nutrition facts printed on it. I had to recreate the product online to find out all macros and calories so I can enter it into the lose it app.

There was a distinct bleh flavor. May have been from the blend I used

Whey isolate, eggwhite and hemp 40/40/20 respectivly so I have 3 different ammino profiles and no stomach aches what so ever along with fiber and some ala

1.84g fat per scoop. 1.8g carb per scoop .8 fiber, and 23.4 protein per scoop

Good blend. The good think about hemp it helps the bodys receptors function better and absorb omega 3s more effeciently.

Diet is super good. May add carbs sundays and wednesdays since weights dropping drastically.

It'll be about another 4 weeks till I'm not in that soft awkward phase where I'm flat and look fatter but not really fatter bc I'm leaner lol.

I gotta measure my waiste but I can't imagine it being the same size. Feeling good at this weight

Can now do 10 muscleups in a row on straight bar. I'm tbar rowing 4 plates for 8 reps. Worried bout my back tho

Custom capsule formula is doing well so far. Heating up and becoming vascular about 45 minutes after taking it. However I think I want to get one tested to see if what's supposed to be in there really is. Nothing against the company I think they are great I just know that to do small runs of product takes a long time and if they use machines then the cleanup and running the machine usually is not worth it to run 300 capsules.
 
Truepro cookies and cream is just about untolerable. Even my girlfriend doesn't like it. She's like its protein poison.

Are there reps on here for true protein? Super disappointed in that on. Maybe its the hemp protein making it not taste the best but the throat burning I know is NOT acceptable

New custom capsule formula per day I'm thinkiing of trying. Altho iffy on evodiamine because altho it lowers NYP and AgRP. It increases leptin which aids in fat storage even tho it increases thermogenesis thru UCP 1 and brown fat it also works like capsaicin however not on the TRVP 1 or 4 so its a diff mechanism

Fighting in november at 180. And have photo shoot for work in 30 days. May add in t3 but want to avoid it so cals are 2400 workout 2000 non workout

Cardio everyday for the most part.

Carbs at 5% or lower of total intake. Fiber always around 15 -28g
 
did cheat meal on sat. 424 carbs from life cereal. Had unsweetened almond milk in it

Waiste noe is 32 aroubd belly button

Just found out fights at 175 fml

I decided to do american kickboxing if I'm going that low so I san stil squat and deadlift heavy and keep strength so after the fight weight will go back up fast to 185or so. Same day weigh in btw

Already really lean I can afford to get leaner tho. I mean it'll be fun to be shredded and tatted lol then gain weight back
 
been doing som reading on Low carb/ketogenic diets.

ok here it goes,

T3 drops, reverse T3 rises. Not a good thing. Seems as though as little as 50g carbs can fix this problem. Seems as insulin has a positive impact on T3. Now interestingly enough,

Short term fast i believe in the 12-16 hour range doesnt dramatically lower t3, however can in some. Reason i assume for this is low leptin and high agouti related protein. This AgRP can lower metabolism. However its shown that OVERFEEDING increases T3 and drops Reverse t3 especially when the carbs are replaced with fats.

Interesting to note that Insuline has positive effect on the t3 levels HOWEVER over feeding with fat has a better outtake then carbs. Why? I assume its Gastric inhibitory polypeptide inducing insulin secretion,

I duno just a thought. maybe someone ridiculously smart will chime in. because it seems to be controversial to say the least.

I dont train arms.

squat went up.. most noticible on bench 40 lbs and still making 10 reps.

Muscle ups i ended up with 12,

dead 345 for 10 easy.

pullups there was a point were i was almost getting 35

squats it am weary of bc of back.
 
half life of t3 is long so i dose every other day, then i get up to every day.

i had a cheat meal. my body today produced so much poo it was crazy.

double flush.

anyway. Workout yesterday was good. Going to run then do sprints today after im done with my coffee.

may put on the sweat band on my stomach to drain some water.
 
had a huge fat day yesterday, 10 days then the next,

1 week from wednesday is my fat day i think!!! and the last before foto shoot.

i love my food. cant help myself.
 
sooo may wanna switch back to clen.

ephedrine makes me poop... not bad poop, but makes me gotta **** like 3x a day. wtf. i know its in matts colon purge protocol but i dont eat much more then 15-25g fiber per day. damn.
 
second meal todays going to be 1300 calories

brother sliced his finger so i didnt get to eat that extra 500 for breakfast which sucks.

not sure what i want to do since im hungry also mised second ephedrine and fat burner dose. so ill take 50mg before bed.

may hit up 711 and see what they got bc its annoying i dont want to eat all that at 9 pm. bc then i snore when i sleep.

wanna get down to 6. problem is ill lose 13 lbs and ill be at 6 way before sucks i have to sacrifice muscle. but itll come back on.

thanksgiving is a week after the fight and i may wanna do an eating challenge after the fight.
 
ahh talk to me im starting to lose my mind.

calories now are at an even 2000 every day.

265 protein 85 fat. trace carbs half being fiber and not going over 30 g.


shredding up like crazy still i think 187. so good. since im as lean as i was in start pic. which is upward of 7lbs lean body mass in 16 weeks (and remember i got sick (toward end), have low GH levels, and now cutting for a fight so im dropping considerably faster then i would normally in terms of bodyfat).

I would say it was more like 9lbs LBM put on which is pretty decent if you ask me.

carb day is tuesday then only fat loads from here on out due to having to cut weight and MCT increases thermogensis (t3 and fat increase insulin via GIP) and keeps my metabolism rolling even though i may not even need it bc starting monday i may do 50mcg of t3 instead of 30-40 per day.

Yeh somewhat. I did that last couple weeks with increased cals and put on a couple pounds, and now I'm trying the next 2 weeks to clean it up before I start my cycle in a couple weeks since I will be just eating for building that whole cycle pretty much. I'm going to drop down to 2-3 burn days during my run and 4-5 build with added cals. Hopefully will come out the end of it 7-8 lbs heavier with very little to no fat gain
 
today will be a tremendous food day.

went 9 days straight with fight training, and today i was supposed to have off but i ran 2 miles then hit the bags a little.

sushi... protein cheesecake (about 300g protein), then hopefully jerk chicken rice beets guac n other **** tn.

sparring tomorrow.

i figure bout 9% in below i see all abs.
pic doesnt do it justice and this was 10/21 (below) , on 10/18 (not shown) i had veins in my abs in the right light. so this (below) was ehh lighting and holding water (usually flat this day after carb up and 3 hrs after carb up i look sick.)

crunch time for photo shoot,

basically eating 1x per day now, 1700-2000 cals in the meal,

250 protein, 75-85 fat, 20g carb 10g fiber.

usually a lil more protein.

yesterday was 27 oz cooked chicken, 4 cups broccoli, 3 tablesppon EVCO, 3 tablespoon almond plus flax butter. all whole food in one meal, i used the EVCO and salt for broccoli, tasted like it was in butter, sooo good

today was half whole food, half shake. 21oz cooked chicken, 84g scoop of Procomplex, 3 tablespoon almond plus flax, 4 tablespoon EVCO, 4 servings asparagus.

**** was good, today was 1988 cals.

using the EVCO at 40g per day to simulate fat overfeeding and increase t3/leptin (even though in non diabetic fat doesnt increase leptin, however its digested like a carb so well see, so far working great for muscle fullness) even though im on t3 now at 60mcg. 30mcg am 30mcg pm

i took a pic today, still very little fat on lover abdomen, close to 8% prolly right there too.
 
havent eaten yet, will shoot for about 1800 cals today, in one meal of protein and fat only.

loving the way i look right now, stopped lifting and just do ing pullups and pushups 2x a week, and running almost every day as time gets down to this fight.

def lost a tad bit of muscle by not lifting, but once fights over i can lift and im sure itll come back within 4 weeks.

and ill be able to keep the same bodyfat, which will put me back at 192ish (if i eat carbs 2x a week)
 
How far away is the fight?

2 weeks from saturday,

thumbs still fractured and has a bone chip. novacain shot day of as per doctor

been training, havent sparred in 10 days, but training hard.

been holding weight in left hand (2lb) and wearing glove in right, hitting mitts and the bag.

good thing im fighting in a kb fight with low kicks, so i still got my kicks (which i love), and im fighting a south paw whos a tad shorter then me so right hands and right uppercuts all day.
