Just found out fights at 175 fml
I decided to do american kickboxing if I'm going that low so I san stil squat and deadlift heavy and keep strength so after the fight weight will go back up fast to 185or so. Same day weigh in btw

fasted today for 20hrs, just due to scheduling and waking.
