It is hard I've been going with chicken and veggies but need to come up with new ideas. I asked brundel so hopefully he will shoot some ideas my way. I do want to eat a cheat meal but I kind of don't want too lol.
Just something that we do in our house, and our kids are learning, is to sit down on Sunday and lay out our lunches and dinners for the week. We plan 5 days worth, knowing that we will be out and about or having people over on the weekend or just living life. So we know our meals throughout the week and enjoy eating out and not worrying about everything diet related for a couple days. We don't go insane, but I love my Mexican and cheeseburgers and make no apologies for indulging and loving it. But, this will be a single meal or two and then we crave getting back on track.
I'd be happy to pass along our weeks plan to see what we will be doing this week.

I agree...you are seeing great results at 2 pumps...you can increase later or just spread it out as long as possible. I have been in the fence about going to 4 pumps...so I just went to 4 yesterday because I experiment...but I have a feeling it won't be that much more effective than 3 pumps and I may just be wasting a pump...and I will probably fall back to 3 or even 2....based on your results.

Dude, those are some great workouts. You are a strong mother. At the beginning of this log, it seemed like we were very similar - height, measurements, weight. You are definitely stronger and carrying more muscle than me. Keep up the great work!

It is all relative...I am sure plenty on here are stronger, even more say they are stronger, and many are not as strong. You could easily bench 300 for 1RM I bet and that is good...especially if you get to the 170-180 range. Is it amazing? No. You are probably one of the stringer people in most rooms you walk into in the general public though.
8 can do 8 pull ups all out to failure ...you do that for 4 sets after rows, etc.

Yes sir down to 186.5 which is great considering I am taking in 2300 calories. Well let me clarify sometimes I don't get them in though so maybe that's why I'm losing weight fast too

Wow, that's pretty good - 8 pounds in about 3 weeks. 2-3 pounds/week is good weight loss. You seem to be feeling good and keeping strength too, so that's pretty sweet. Keep it up!
